If it wasn't for the 5 oz. ATB quarters, I would have purchased no silver in the last 2 months, so I'm glad it was possible to get multiple sets.

I read that the mint, however, has not repriced the the 5 piece set of 90% silver, still at 32.95. At .90375 ounces of silver, you are paying $36.50 per ounce, and I really wanted to get more silver.

I bought 10 sets because I think the flat rate shipping charge is $4.95. So my cost was $37 per ounce. Cringing, but what the hell.

If anyone can find out what sort of mintage total there will be, please step up!! I maxed my personal search limit.

If you check ebay sales, pipe in as well. I'm sorry I'm a bit busy tonight, but I thought I'd throw this out there.

It's looking like anyone who bought the ATB sets will have bought them at melt in the near future, looks like HS was right on with this one. I personaly would avoid paying above melt for 90% silver, you always take a wack if you want to sell it but if it's something your fond of no harm in that. I have some old silver bars I paid 1/2 bucks over for their collectable values.

These are proofs, which tend to have a premium. I look at the potential for highest grade as well. I also don't know the total mintage, which could also be a factor. It won't be 37,000, but there will be some pressure from collectors. It looks like people are paying melt for 90% circulated right now.
