They have sold 500+ sets of these looking at their completed listings. Seems to be too good to be true so I will pass.

If they are legit let me know, also they list the company that they say they are, is there an official list of who the Mint is selling sets to?

Sounds legit, company in Mint News Blog, I bought a set paid via Credit Card. I feel sorry for the people that paid 50+ per oz

As these are bullion coins there may be slight imperfections. We will not exchange any coins as the condition you receive the coins are the condition they were in when taken out of the mint sealed box


thats probably the reason... it was probably cheaper for the mint to wholesale the dinged coins to this fleabay bottom feeder than to try to sell them or recast them.

Most of them have slight imperfections; all of them (sold today or earlier) are bullion coins. And I do not think these are any different from the ones some bought from a major dealer.

Even if I am wrong, a tube of maples (25 oz) costs ~$1,024.07 today at a major dealer website (do not forget to add shipping)... A no-brainer to me :-) Good deal! Thanks JJJBoys.
