QWAK,HistoryStudent,I started on my "ESCAPE" project now called --"The DUCK NEST" about 31 years ago and I am a bit concerned you could be right!

I am preped with GOLD and SILVER and preps to the rafters -- LITTERLY! :) But my strenth and indurance is not what it was 31 years ago! :( I am way better preped now BUT wonder about actualy geting done what will need to get done. ???

Perhaps it may have been better IF the BANKERS did not find that "DIRIVITIVE RABBIT" in there hat back in 1980?? HUMmmmmmmmm

Back in 1980 I remember HOWARD RUFF and the PREPS.

I had enough to hold the ALAMO in a way different age. Then they banned the .223s I had in the 1990s;

Sold them off at about 8 grand a piece paid off the house and bought my first UNDERVALUED gold.

Plus RIOT shotguns were around $200 then so I thought 10 would be nice. I had trained with them
all my life after 18. 9 of those .30 caliber rounds coming out with every shot is nice too.

Just brought the third one in the home from the FULL safe.

Now I still keep in shape even riding all this week 12 miles a day on the bike: with a healing
broken ankle too of 48 days ago. Can't keep an old farmer down.

But like you say I ain't 30 "NO MAS!"

QWAK,HistoryStudent,I use my Mosberg 500 with folding stock and 18" barrel to trim the trees that block my sat dish signal! :) I have a sore sholder from the latist triming! ;)

I need new glasses too and am concidering radial caratotimy (SP) eye surgery.

I will be 62 in a fiew weaks -- I did not expect to live this long -- IF I did I would have taken better care of my body! LOL ROTFL :)

Hey Gold Duck...I've been in the optical business 37 years...RK is the LAST thing to do. Lasik is the way in most cases. Not knowing your case I'd suggest you talk to 2-3 different places before you oblate some tissue. Good luck.

HS...nice choice for riot control. I'm looking to get a hand gun for home and ccw, like the S&W bodyguard 380, Ruger sr9, Kahr PM9, Walther PK380 among others...any critiquing or suggestions to the list?

Perhaps Lasik is what I ment? I am seeing advertisments for $300.00 per eye and it would be nice to NOT ware glasses! :) The last pare I got a fiew years back cost me about $300.00 so IF (?) I could never have glasses agen that would be great by me! I ware trifocals now and it it is geting hard to read the computer screan --agen. :( I also have a stigmatisem and once wore hard contacts but can't ware even the soft ones now, I think the hard ones did some damage??

I am thinking with things geting CRAZY perhaps there are some things I should get sorted out! HUMmmmm
