It takes awhile to setup, but allows you to do many things. Sometimes "Emergency Essentials" (beprepared.com) will give a discount if you compile your order from within this "Food Storage Analyzer". You can input, & analyze, any items you may already have, no matter where you got, or will get them.

using that caculator, I can take care of 7 grown up for a couple yrs, probably for ever as we would start doing some serious hunting,fishing,trapping and gardening
