For "Shelf Life Extension Program", was a military-sponsored study by the FDA to determine the true shelf life of prescription and OTC medicines, so that the military would not needlessly dispose of millions of dollars worth of medication that had reached the "official" expiration date. The FDA agreed only on the condition that it be kept out of the public eye, where it would prove an economic blow to drug makers.
True to their word, it is still secret, and a .gov or .mil email address or other reason for access is required to see it. My reasons for wanting to see it should be obvious, and I want to know if anyone knows where I might find a copy?
