Romney Revolt at Liberty University
April 21, 2012

Keep your Romney, give us Ron Paul !

The John McCain, eh sorry, the Mitt Romney campaign replayed a scene from past failed Republican candidates yesterday. They announced in the morning that Governor Romney would be the commencement speaker at Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. The school founded, by Jerry Falwell, is touted as the largest Christian University in the world. And in the afternoon they announced that openly gay, Richard Grenell, would be Romney’s new national security and foreign policy spokesman.

Students at Liberty were in an uproar. Not over Grenell, but over the University choosing Romney instead of their beloved Ron Paul. The firestorm began on the University’s own website, where the thread hit 700 comments in a couple of hours. The discussion was promptly censored and then shut down proving that the University is not very aptly named. But the discussion moved onto Facebook where it continues to spread.

As much as I like Ron Paul he has no chance in this election. It is over. I also have supported him in the last two elections.

Why keep pushing the issue? It is not his Constitution backing they don't like, most Americans do not like his lack of foreign policy.

I believe that RP could help this country marginally however, with the K-Wave Winter here RON knows that we must let the debt crises complete its course and wash out so that the rejuvenation phase - K-Wave Spring will bring a new beginning. And also, most American's, some on this site, have no clue we are in a K-Wave Winter.

I'm still voting for Ron Paul. Screw them and the horse they rode in on.

You can swallow the stuff the media spews if you want to.
There are 19 states that haven't even held a primary yet:

Those states total 1,001 delegates.

It is NOT over just because the media says Romney's got it in the bag. I will continue to ignore them and I will vote for Ron Paul in my primary.

Fox News just admitted Ron Paul may have won Iowa. I bet that just about killed those creeps. I hope Sean Hannity was watching his own network and choked on it.

I'm not swallowing anything. Look at the numbers on the board and how most of the Citizens in this country think.

So your answer is this year's model of John McCain paired up with a Constitutional ineligible Rubio? Even if you win, you lose.

By the way, there are only two elected office's in the entire government that require a natural born citizen - meaning both parents were US citizens at birth of the person - President and Vice President. No other office has that requirement - yet the powers that be insist on running [and electing in the case of Obama] people who are not eligible for those offices, corrupting the system from the top down. Right now we have a mystery man who admits he was born a dual national [father was British Subject] as President and a man who had several brain surgeries [and obviously suffers from mental lapses] as Vice President. Seems like trading one couple of blackmailable idiots for another.
