PANDA NEWS:
Pandacollector.com

1. First price is for uncertified coins in original mint issued packaging. Includes double seal for most BU coins and box with cert for most proof and commems.

2. Second Price is for NGC or PCGS 69 - note - actual selling price may be higher for PCGS on better coins.

3. All prices are retail as seen offered for sale at prominent stores and adjusted up or down based on auction price on E-Bay if the coin has been sold recently. If auction price varies greatly from store price, the guide price adjusts incrementally until further auctions verify the price change.

4. Prices are holding steady with a slight downward bias on E-Bay now.

5. Mintage numbers for large and small date will be converted over the next month to those listed in Peter Anthony Buyers Guide.

6. The most difficult coin to locate is the 2000 mirror finish ring around the Temple of Heaven. This coin was a domestic issue and released only in China. It is greatly valued and collected in China as a millennium coin. Should have the highest value of all Pandas.

7. The lowest mintage (4K) of all silver Pandas is the 1995 Small Twig Small (Micro) date. This should be the most expensive coin. Most of the NGC graded coins listed as "Small Date" are incorrectly listed and are actually the large date variety.

8. Many of the Commemoratives are retained in China and are very difficult to locate. These coins have very low mintages and are undervalued at this time. Prices are based on availability and not on mintage numbers yet. Some of these coins are almost completely unavailable.
