The new home supply is dropping as building has dried up,

Both new and existing homes, the supply is dropping off its highs from early 09.

So it looks like the bankers are helping to control the supply by not recognizing the foreclosures???

As a matter of fact, i think the real supply if you take into account the mortgages that are not being paid can be measured in years if not decades.
