I've accumulated another decent haul of scrap silver recently. Wondering if I should send it in to Midwest while we're still in the $20 range or are we going higher? We seem to be flirting with $21, but I'd kick myself if it went back to $18 and I missed it.

I believe Midwest allows you to exchange scrap for Midwest bars. You might do that. The problem is that if there is a frenzied peak, refiners all get backed up and you can't actually sell your scrap at that point of time. But if you have bars you can sell them at any time.
