is a good question, and I went back and checked the settings,
it is set to display the users on a forum for members, if not logged in, it won't show,
it works for me just fine, and for AgGal, but we are logged in,
and that setting is for the whole board, not for mods vs others

What you showed is "who's online" not who is looking at this thread, like the old software used to do.
