$30 seems like a reasonable chance by the end of the month. .

    Maybe higher; Maybe sooner;

I wish I had bought those options at 25$ an oz during the last pull back like I wanted to. I just have never played with calls before. Shucks!

    The Future:

    $1500 Gold : $33 Silver = 45:1 (perhaps this year yet...1Q 2011)

    $1750 Gold : $40 Silver = 43.7:1 (within 2011)

    $2000 Gold : $50 Silver = 40:1 (within 2012...perhaps as early as 4Q 2011)

    $2500 Gold : $75 Silver = 33:1 (within 2013...perhaps even late 2012)

    $4000 Gold : $200 Silver = 20:1 ??????

    $5000 Gold : $330 Silver = 15:1 ??????

I think the floor is settled at 28.50-ish. Maybe not, but these little pops upwards and then the breathers, the breathers are always a LITTLE higher and then onward. It's nickels and dimes, it's subtle, but it's always up. Thirty bucks and then more by 12-15 simply seems... plausible if not concrete. These Fokkers simply cannot print more Silver. No way. The FRN scam of the last couple years, a lot of it we didn't know about can't continue to snow physical holders. Red Hots, get your Red Hots!

There is no doubt TPTB are protecting 1400 and 29 with reckless abandon, once they break its 1500 and 35 under assault, not if but when. It's not too late to top off your stash under 1400 and 30. It only gets better from here, the more they supress the larger the upward momentum will be.

Sometimes markets need a couple of attempts to pass though the 'psychological resistance" at round numbers.

Maybe the unemployment report will do the trick.

Media outlets are given the numbers 30 minutes before the official public release at 8:30. You don't suppose any of the media would take advantage in the market with that information? Do you?

Nobody knows where this is going, or the time frame anyway. Just over a year ago I won the "guess when gold closes over $975" contest, silver was in the $15's at the time. If you would have polled GIM the probability of these prices this soon, there wouldn't have been many takers.

I guess you can consider PM price to be a poll of sorts, the important kind of poll when you have money riding on it.
You don't have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body. -C.S. Lewis

In economics, rent-seeking is an attempt to derive economic benefit by manipulating the social or political environment in which economic activities occur, rather than by adding value.

No monopoly in the history of mankind has reformed itself from within. It has always taken an external threat – a competitor – to drive internal change.

    I sold 2 2009 opened MB'S ASE'S @ 29.40 + 1.75 premium=$31150 to APMEX.
The point is I really think FINALLY there will be a big dip since the USD plummeted today and silver hit its all time high except for the ephemeral 1980 aberration event. Then I'll buy back in and if si does not dip, I'll buy several thousand more kilos of cu.

yepper... but puts a crimp on stacking now...
Anything that is printed on this page is purely fictional, and is in the context of an alternate virtual reality in a parallel universe. I, myself, am a fictional character! Any statements which appear to have a resemblance to real people or institutions or events, past, present or future, are unintentional and the result of pure coincidence.

Proud of my tin-foil hat - this is pride of something EARNED (I'm a self-made "nut"!) - and anything I may say should be taken in this context!
