Several puchases from this company. Items always as descbribed.

One ounce slow in shipping--- but I think that's just because of the volume
of sales that they have.

I'm quite pleased with these guys overall and would readily buy from them again.

I have made several purchases from Paradise in the last year, and was pleased with their business.
About 6 months ago, they were very slow in shipping my order, so I contacted them. They do not make their phone number readily available, so I emailed them using their site contact form.
My inquiry into the status of my order was percieved as "snotty", and because of that I was banned.
Huh? What just happened?
After several months and several emails asking for my business, I placed another order...I was told my order was cancelled because I'm "banned" again.

So I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint.
They replied to the BBB with total LIES saying that I have "NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING" from them, and they called me a "nut".
Wow!!
I was stunned to see that they would make up a story for their defense and resort to name calling.
I replied to the BBB quoting dates and order numbers.

Paradise Mint can do business with whomever they wish.
If they wish to not sell to me, thats fine.
Why all the name calling and lies?
I just asked a questions, "what is the status of my order?"
and "why am I banned?"
These questions appear to be taken as reasons to halt all future business with a client.

If you ever have a problem with them, be prepared for this type of reaction.
