If nothing else works, 10 secs with a coarse metal file should do the trick. Afterward they are going to look as good as they are ever going to

Brillo or SOS pads may be less abrasive. Just my 2c.
I calls 'em as I sees 'em. No "sugar coating" here.

I may "answer" a question with a "question" in order to promote thinking.

When they get thrown in the melt bucket they are going to get dinged anyway. So why worry now?

Dont do anything, collectors hundreds of years from now will be able to talk about how crappy the mint handled them and those will carry a premium. Or next time buy proof and not bullion.

The one on the left looks a lot better, IMO. The one on the right is too shiny. Not enough contrast. Maybe just the photo, but I think the detail stands out much better on the coin on the left.

In fact, a lot of the detail on the one on the right is simply gone. The one on the right has been ruined.

I guess I'm sensitive. The whizzed coin looks awful to me. Much rather have the one in its natural state. Total waste of good raw material, if you ask me (and I realize you didn't, but it still pains me to see good coins go bad).
