QWAK,Local TV just had this little clip on how to make your own laundry detergent to save $$$ and it sounded like somthing GIM prepers would like to know about!

I'd worry that it might overfoam out of the m/c and onto the floor!She trusts the foamy formula to clean her grandkids clothes. Not only that, she's saving a lot of dough.

Thank you, Duck! I think I'll try it. I'm going to cut the formula down into quarters or smaller though--with the HE front-loader and softened water, I use very little detergent anyway.
