Forum Seems to move slowly when browsing

Hello All,
Not sure if it is b/c of the new software but I just figured I would note it.

When browsing threads, It often takes a few moments to open up a page.
Sometimes the pages open in a new window.
Sometimes it takes a few clicks or a click on a button does not register.

The machine I am using is new. So it is not the Computer.

Anyone else having this? I use chrome, so maybe it is the browser,
need to try on Safari

Also I am still often getting the this notice like I did on Gim 1

"vBulletin Message
This forum requires that you wait 45 seconds between searches. Please try again in 35 seconds."

Just noting that's all.

Not sure on that AGRO,

I am able to move around aok, haven't been searching a bunch though,

using Firefox browser, and std internet, not the souped up version
