    Default Difficult to Read

The black type on grey background is difficult for me to read. I am in my early 60"s and that is probably part of it but I find that black type on a white background is much easier to read.

Thank you for continuing this forum.

You might want to try the BP-Brown style. It is a very dark background with white type.

Simple black might be something to try too. (black print on a light background) Go to 'settings' then on the left scroll down to general settings > Forum Skin: to make a change.

Yes, I'm not a fan of GIM2. My biggest complaint is how it looks, not content.

Have you tried to change your settings? It really makes a big difference. I was getting sick while reading the original settings.

I found the purple option much easier on the eyes
The people are responsible for the character of their Congress. If that body be ignorant, reckless, and corrupt, it is because the people tolerate ignorance, recklessness, and corruption. If it be intelligent, brave, and pure, it is because the people demand these high qualities to represent them in the national legislature. -President James Garfield

I don't expect things to be the exact same as they were but this is insane. I can barely read what's going on. Please don't do this black on grey.

Scroll down to the bottom of any page in GIM2. Click the arrow beside Default style. Experiment with the choices available until you find one you like better. Check back some time later, since new style choices continue to be added.
