I don't know if I can take advice from a guy shooting a video in the back seat of a car. He can't even afford an office for Chripe's sake. Also the finger thing would have been far more effective in front of a lamp in a dark room on the wall.

A mild or slight recovery in the Real Estate housing market seems already to be under way in my area as investors are starting to jump on cheap properties. Rents have steadily risen for about 4 months now. I'm not saying it's sustainable but an improvement in RE business has to me clearly started. If I owned any PM's I wouldn't sell them but I also wouldn't be afraid to nibble at some investment properties. That's of course if I had any FRN's to throw in that direction.
