    Default Opinions on free cd burner software

    I'm looking for a free cd burner that runs on both xp and windows 7 which is easy to use (for wife). Thanks in advance

    They do have Media Player but was hoping there was something better. Maybe I'm all wet?

    Windows media player is a RAM sucker, slow, and uses too much memory IMO.

    I use this one.

    As for a free burner, Nero usually comes with a bundle when you purchased the PC's.

    Ha, she has one (shuffle) but she wants to use the libraries of music off of the computers to change songs on her shuffle. I could care less myself but I just wanted some advice like smilerhouse says about being a resource pig so I can avoid it. I just want to burn a bunch of cds then sell the cds and just keep a copy.     I had one I kept on a usb key called burn4free. Worked well enough.
