I do bizz with APMEX, they don't bother me. Money is money. If money is money, I'd kick 50 bucks in a N.Y. minute to keep the GIM swimmin. I've made dough reading here. Lots. Plenty. Customer of site has questions, issues, decides to stop visiting site.

Cause and effect. It's a beautiful thing, even if you don't like the outcome on one side or the other (or both).

FWIW, I ran a very large forum myself for years. After pleading with my users for donations and getting promises but very little cash, I ran ads for a while. Some users got pissed off and left. The ads never did make enough to come anywhere close to covering basic hosting costs, so I eventually closed it down -- boy, did everyone come unglued after that! I've never had so much hate mail in my life.
