Does anyone understand how to read Armstrong's dates?
Here are a few...

2011.45 Bin Ladens death

1994.25 April 1st, 1994

2002.85, November 6th,2002

Take Dec 31 of the year before the given date, add the fraction times 365 days per year.

12/31/1993 + (0.25 * 365) = 4/1/1994
12/31/2001 + (0.85 * 365) = 11/6/2002

I would have commented same. I like how Martin Armstrong notes the dates. Makes a lot of sense.
