Is Herman For or Against the Federal Reserve?
Here are a couple of videos of Herman Cain first stating the federal does not need an audit. Then in the second video he turns around and praises Ron Paul for keeping a close eye on the Fed. Laughable.

I heard him say no audit during a radio interview.
