I'm not sure where their numbers come from, but the one for NZ is wrong. YTD change on the NZX 50 is about +2.8%.

That doesn't count changes in exchange rates -- YTD, the NZD is up 7.2% against the USD, so net about +10% for stocks in USD terms, plus dividends.
