    Default LDS water filtration bottles

has anyone used these bottles. I couldn't find much info beyond what was on the website. I do know the Mormons take water storage and filtration seriously and I doubt they would sell a substandard product.. I am thinking of getting quite a few for Christmas presents..The price is fantastic if its a good product..

    Happy Dance!
I know what I'm getting for Christmas! I'll update my address with you shortly. (jk)

These look like a modified version of the Lifestraw product. Given a choice between the two, I'd choose Lifestraw in a heartbeat. Shame it's only for the developing nations. Of all the solutions I have seen that we DO have access to, this seems to top the charts for value. I wonder if there's a stainless version of it.

I have a big berkey for home use. It was actually a gift from a very nice GIM member who felt compelled to send it to me.. I wanted something for bug out bags for the kids. I have to buy a lot of them and cant afford berky prices..

follow up.. after reading up on water bottles these are the best deal around. They should be as good as the berkey water bottles and they have an extra filter all for 22 dollars each. No shipping but yucky tax is added..

Shoot, I thought Ava was giving away LSD saturated water bottles.

You can hallucinate that life is really normal after the SHTF.

"See, Jodie across the street isn't in a bombed out mc mansion being irradiated with nuetrons. She is actually watching 'Dancing with the Stars' in a tight spandex outfit."

LSD would be much more fun than new reading glasses.. post wwiii.

It reminds me of this hippy I knew in California back in '69 who was high on window pain when a jet liner crashed into the ocean near the beach he was tripping on. He told me there was something surreal about the bikers going through the bodies looking for money illuminated only by burning pools of petrol. I guess you had to be there on acid to really catch the irony.

Carry on sister Avalon! I am just having a 'troll GIM for entertainment' moment...

My preps are for another world. We don't really survive anything, we may postpone the inevitable for a few months, though...

I found out when we peel back one layer of denial, we just hit another one closer to the core. Acid does cut through that fuzz, but it's not for everyone. You might end up writing The Book of Revelations if you are not careful.

Clean water will be nice. It will make our day.

So you are actually a member of the generation that you profess to despise.

Anyone talking to hippies in 69 has to be a boomer!

This looks like reformed smoker syndrome.

Are they not just holier than thou and mouthy with it!

Gawd I hate reformed smokers lecturing on.
