The notional value of your birth certificate is whatever number they assign it as bond against that debt.

Now I am confused

In every way you can OPT OUT stop buying in to the ILUSIONS that you now know can NEVER come true.

Change how you see and relate to every thing based on the REALITY you know exists out side the BUBBLE they create for you to exist in.

Don't break the laws or confront THEM directly but in small ways avoid FEEDING the BEAST -- it needs DEBT to grow so get out of debt -- don't use credit cards or pay them off each month.

I can't vouch for these kinds of concepts, but it is interesting stuff.

When you consider the fact that our money went from 'Certified' funds - to 'Notes', it's just another piece of the puzzle.

It's legal manipulation to our detriment. Ignorance of the law is no excuse.

It doesn't matter that public education and our society doesn't foster the teaching of 'the law'. In fact they make it a point to avoid teaching it. It is up to each person to delve into the law.

Oh, they teach what they want about 'law' to keep the people in line - following the moral code they want you to believe in.

Does a birth certificate financially bond you over to the government? There's plenty of evidence that it does.
Why else have them? When did they begin 'certifying' births and 'why?' It wasn't always so.

Does it actually bond you? Or do they create a bond/trust of your PERSON, and pretend you are the surety, and `trustee' while they assume the role of the administrator/executor-trix/beneficiary? Are you not the administrator/executor-trix/beneficiary of that bond/trust, and any public corporate 'official' (all of them in any corporate or government office) is/are the trustee. Isn't that how public policy is supposed to work? The fact that it doesn't is the question.

Mine doesn't either. Is it not possible that they have been tinkering, fine tuning the system for a long time? Some of us have been around a while, and others have do not have 'certificates' for various reasons.

Not just with the birth certificate, or the social security certificate, or the drivers license, or the voter registration, on and on, although any of those will suffice granting jurisdiction of you to their means...

It depends almost completely on your unknowing, or willing (as in vested interest) consent, and of course, your signature to that effect...

I assume you are asking about the name upon the birth certificate. I also assume that you understand that the same question applies to the social security card, drivers license, warrants, that is, any form of identification by government or corporations

It has been an endlessly studied subject, but since it involves trust law, information or rather verification of information is not easily found.

It would require volumes, and I am not a garrulous writer, so here is a few starting points.

The all cap name is a CESTUI QUI TRUST, however it is used as a CONSTRUCTIVE TRUST in commerce today. This I feel is the main fraud, and what they use to enslave us...

Thanks for the reply. My BC is upper & lower case, per standard English, issued four decades ago. Perhaps that's why "they" haven't tried to lock me up or kill me yet?
