Just looking at Yahoo finance posts this morning has me confused...nothing is positive, yet the Dow climbs like crazy. Usually when everyone is saying how bad things are...its time to buy. Its like GIMers are everywhere writing articles and spouting warnings! Yet investors are clearly bullish (with seemingly NO reasons to be) and people are making money...on paper at least. So what is really going on here? Do people really understand how screwed we are...yet this is just the last mad dash before the party ends? Please enlighten me...who would buy stocks in this crazy atmosphere? 11,000?....puhleeze.

[Bug]

Another GIM member posted a thread with the cover of Newsweek on it harping America's economic "comeback", that's a very good contrary indicator of current state of things. This is all yet another illusion being created by TPTB in order to suck as many people as possible back into the market before they drop a cinderblock on their heads. You don't have 1.5 quadrillion derivative toxic waste and massive debts underlying the currency and have a recovering economy.
