On top of that they will use his 3rd party run to label him a traitor to his party and blame him for Obama getting re-elected. It won't be pretty. who cares if they label him as a traitor, i think running 3rd party in an election will best accomplish spreading the message of liberty.

The whole traitor things doesn't make any sense, if they will never elect Ron Paul, they are never going to elect Rand Paul, so its pointless to worry about getting labeled a traitor by a party that isn't going to ever support you anyways.

The third party approach worked for Lieberman when neither the Repubs or the Dems wanted that lapdog bitch in office any more. He's still around, pimping for Israel. but I don't beleive it will work for Ron Paul.

That's the genious and the beauty of the "two party" system in the United States today. JPMorgan owns them both, not to mention the media. The entire election process has turned into an "American Idol" show. How else could you explain Sarah Palin, Michelle Bachmann, Perry, and Cain ? It was very close to becoming a Donald Trump reality show before all the actors and actresses took their queue from Ron Paul and declined to be humiliated and embarrassed by that fat ass gas bag on national TV. I have a bad feeling that it's irrelevant who WE choose to put in the WH, unless it's Obama or Romney. The GOP has up ended a sitting Democrat Pres twice I believe. The odds are in Barry's favor that he will get re-elected. Why do you think all those guys like Rubio, Daniels and Christie passed on this go round?? Their egos would not let them run in a scenario in which they would likely lose despite efforts. While I would like nothing better then to see RP i the WH and feel he is the best choice (I mean only choice) I don't think it is a political reality. More Americans have awakened to him since 2008. His message will continue to grow as more people awaken to the reality he is speaking of. This sets the stage for father to pass the torch to son in 2016 for what will be the do or die scenario for Liberty and the Future of the USA.

Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) had a strong message Saturday for President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi and Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz: “Get the hell out.”

West made the comments during a speech at a Palm Beach County GOP event in West Palm Beach.

“This is a battlefield that we must stand upon. And we need to let President Obama, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and my dear friend, chairman of the Democrat National Committee, we need to let them know that Florida ain’t on the table,” West said.

The audience was booing by the time West got to Pelosi’s name.

“Take your message of equality of achievement, take your message of economic dependency, take your message of enslaving the entrepreneurial will and spirit of the American people somewhere else,” he continued. “You can take it to Europe, you can take it to the bottom of the sea, you can take it to the North Pole, but get the hell out of the United States of America.”

As the audience cheered and many rose to their feet, West added, “Yeah I said ‘hell.’”

“This is not about 1 percent or 99 percent. This is about 100 percent. It’s about 100 percent America. And I will not stand back and watch anyone defame, degrade or destroy that which my father fought for, my older brother, my father-in-law, myself, my nephew and all my friend still in uniform,” he said.

“I will not allow President Obama to take the United States of America and destroy it. If that means I’m the No. 1 target for the Democrat Party, all I got to say is one thing: Bring it on, baby.”
