BTW, you can get water purification tabs at wally world for $5 in the camping section. For an extra 5 I will go buy some and throw them in.

This thing is like a Swiss watch. The machining is ARTWORK. A beautiful, yet extremely functional, and EXTREMELY DURABLE piece of survival equipment. If it doesn't sell I will keep it. I want to buy a solar panel and need the scratch.

Me too, thats why I'm trying to sell the darn thing. I want to buy a solar panel thingy.

I had regular guy walk up to me at my local car service place today and tell me that things are starting to get bad, he said "People are angry, and you just see sparks here and there, wait until it gets worse and the riots and fires actually start to burn". I mentioned putting away some food and investing whatever he has left into gold and silver, and he just kind of looked blankly at me and said "Well, have a good day..." and then walked off. Its AMAZING how unAWARE the average Joe is. But this guy obviously smelled something in the wind not too fresh shall we say. I found it very sobering.

I told my wife we need to put up more food. I've been buying stuff like crazy.

Wow dude, when I first saw this thread I thought you were trying to rip somebody a new one. I bought one of these a couple years back for like a $190 or so. I just looked them up though and obviously they've went up substantially in price. Looks like a pretty good deal. FWIW, these are awesome little filters. Small, very light, durable and provide excellent filtration. An ideal addition to a BOB.
