    Default One reason

One reason i'm so fearful of the future is the complexity of our system.

I know i'm preaching to the choir, and probably stating the obvious to most.

One analogy i have is comparing things to a combine on a farm.

A combine has thousands of parts all working and moving in unison,if even one breaks down, the whole thing stops.

And the one thing you can count on is that eventually something breaks.

    "Complexity has a motive"

Just look at the Federal Reserve.

Whenever we're confronted with excessive complexity, it's a good idea to ask ourselves who benefits from it....and who conceals it.

"The first will be the last, the last will be the first"...

When it all comes tumbling down, and there is no fuel, the most successful farmer will have two horses and a plow.

Anything that is printed on this page is purely fictional, and is in the context of an alternate virtual reality in a parallel universe. I, myself, am a fictional character! Any statements which appear to have a resemblance to real people or institutions or events, past, present or future, are unintentional and the result of pure coincidence.

Proud of my tin-foil hat - this is pride of something EARNED (I'm a self-made "nut"!) - and anything I may say should be taken in this context!

When I was in the Middle East during Operation Desert Storm, we were authorized two backhoes and two forklifts. Turned out, we used one backhoe and the second was scavenged for parts. Same thing for the forklifts, used one and cannabalized the other.

My hometown has two fire trucks: a 1968 IHC and a 1969 IHC. Those trucks will be kept as a pair. If one breaks down during SHTF, one can be cannabalized to keep the other one going.
The US Government was designed to prevent people from killing and stealing our property.

But today, the government kills and takes our property.
