Default The Judge answers the question, sort of, "Can the President Kill You?"

Of course he can, indirectly. He can order you to be murdered by Special Ops, for example, a bombing attack, an FBI invasion, a drone, whatever. The question is, can he legally do so to an American citizen without due process of law. In other words, is it legal for the President to be above the laws he swore an oath to uphold?

We all say things like, "they should have shot that pervert rather than waste money on a trial" etc, but we are not thinking when we say that. Because next time it may not be a
"pervert", it may be your brother who spoke out against the police abusing power for example.

The lawyers have corrupted the legal system, we need to fix that. But executing American citizens by "executive decision" is an impeachable offense, in my opinion. The appointed officials and officers that just testified to Congress should be arrested and tried, right now. They have confessed to a criminal conspiracy to subvert the law of the land, in public, in violation of the sworn oath to support and defend the Constitution. Esp. the General who stated he gets authorization from NATO or the UN. He needs to be relieved and tried by court-martial immediately. I understand the regulations still hold for the death penalty if two people can testify to the treason. That means, I heard and saw him on video/audio feed, we just need one more witness. The Senator could be the other one.

It's one thing to pass some bs law forcing you to buy insurance, not quite an emergency to stop. It's another thing when they testify in front of Congress to being part of a criminal conspiracy to subvert the Constitution.

Take a look at the Judge's editorial below, I think he's one of the "good guys" trying to do the right thing AND stay alive. Kudos to him.

I visited the USMA, West Point, a couple of years ago. While I was there, I found Constitution Corner, and took some pictures.
I have since confronted some current West Point officers about it, using these pictures, in public after the Libya thing.
Guess what? They have no honor. They understand what the plaque says, but the FRNs stop if they protest or don't continue the mess. They know it is wrong, but it is not worth losing your iPhone or iPad or BMW over.

Notice below on the left, the Cadet Oath, sworn to upon entering the academy, SUPPORT THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES has been highlighted on the plaque.
Notice below on the right, the Officer Oath, sworn to upon commissioning, SUPPORT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES has been highlighted on the plaque

Now note below this plaque, which is from the right side of the "Constitution Corner", explaining that the United States Officer Corps was unlike any other in that they swore to uphold the LAW and not a MAN or OFFICE HOLDER [my interpretation, you can make your own of course].

Now this is on the left side, this Constitution Corner Monument was paid for by these officers, USMA class of 1943, by the very blood that ran out of their bodies when they died for these principals they had cast in bronze. They understood the issue and had seen the horror of war when soldiers followed "MEN" or "LEADERS" [Tojo, Hitler, Stalin, you know the warlords, I don't need to list them for you] rather than common law. I am sorry I couldn't get a better picture, but I had to leave in a hurry because the cadets were marching toward me and I was in the way. [If I go back I will get a picture with all the names.]

IMHO, the Commissioned Officers who are following these illegal orders should hang their heads in shame, resign their commissions, or commit suicide, because they have absolutly no honor at all. They are simple prostitutes, who settle [bend over] for a higher price than most, but still cheaply.
Even a private knows you can refuse an illegal order. It is taught in basic training.
I was a simple Infantry NCO, yet more than once I was given an illegal order from a Commissioned Officer. I simply refused, and explained to the officer in each case that the order was illegal, why it was illegal, and to execute said illegal order would risk life and limb, therefore, I had no recourse but to refuse.
Nothing happened to me, and the illegal activity never took place. Again, I was nothing but a simple NCO. If I could do it on the very small scale that I was involved in, why couldn't a General or an Admiral? Because they are COWARDS who care only for POWER and PAPER MONEY.

    Because they are COWARDS

That pretty much sums it up.
"Fiat money is the child of the arrogance of human intellect, which has sought to invalidate the laws of human nature which have regarded the precious metals as money for thousands of years, and sought to substitute an intellectual construct for the real thing. Now we are going to pay for that arrogance." Hugo Salinas Price

Label someone as an irredeemable public menace, like "child pornographer," "pervert," or "terrorist," and the System can do anything it wants to you...and the boobs will cheer them on.

Never underestimate the power of word association when coming from the mouth of authority, you right-wing lunatic.
