strange things in houston sky tonight

saw some red lights in the sky tonight, ~ 9 or so. they were moving around, but not synchronized. they varied how close/far apart they were

then a few turned off, then all of them turned off. this was tonight at 2120 cdt

we watched for a minute or two before they all went dark

they looked similar to this:

I get the green screen when I try to go to that video (been getting that a lot lately) so I don't get the punch line.

Can anyone suggest a fix for my intermittent green screens on videos? I still get audio.

To get rid of the green screen, right click on the video and select "Settings", make sure "Enable hardware acceleration" is not checked.

Seen it many times.

Military flares released from aircraft. They drift, you do not see the parachute, and they just seem to fargin HANG there.

I can see how it would be danged spooky if you did not know about them.

Oh. Yeah, I heard the guy say, "Can't be flares." Too bad. They are.

A big problem with "UFO" sightings is the (sorry) ignorance of the civilian public.Most have never seen live fire,illuminattion flares,shoulder launched missiles,etc.I was once duped thinking mortar fire had commenced,however, it was a Spectre gunship over head taking care of business .The double report sounded exactly like mortar fire close,however,it went in double groups of 4-the 40 mm Bofors at 6 -8k ft.Our boss,a retired El Salvadoran pointed up and I was able to see the flash of the discharge in the clouds then the ground report not to far away.He was flying counter clockwise and a few days later deep bone chilling grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr, was recognized instantly asthe 30 mm Gatling gun,once heard never forgotten.

I saw something similar about a month ago here (central Fl). This was an oval shaped set of red or orange lights. They would light up individually at one end of the oval and get dimmer as they got to the other end. Sort of like the lights on the front of the Kit car on Night Rider.
