    Cheez-Its may be a delicious snack, but they generally make for an ineffective weapon. A Florida man was arrested for allegedly using the cheesy crackers to attack his wife after he became upset she had gone to an Earth Day concert. Andy Gatz, who was under a court order to stay away from his wife, disputes the police statements that he threw a whole box of cheesy goodness at his wife and claims it was just one cracker. Either way, his wife was treated for an eye injury at the emergency room, and now he's facing battery and violation of an injunction charges. Maybe it's a good thing Cheez-Its probably aren't on jail menus.
