Default FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF SAN FRANCISCO.....Propaganda rerport

I have been poking around the Beast to see whats what. Interesting to note I discoverd a branch of the S.F.FED Reserve here in Seattle.
They do tours...sometimes.I'm thinking of taking my niece and nephews on a field trip....to learn about fiat/fake money. They are only just 10
and already know about real money....it's GOLD and SILVER Uncle REO!

Anyway..this report from John C Williams CEO of the S.F. branch is .....well read for yourself. It is pure crap IMHO...

    Excerpt....
    "In 2011, Chairman Bernanke started
    holding regular press conferences
    following policy meetings. This has
    proved an excellent opportunity for
    the Chairman to explain Federal
    Reserve policies and answer questions
    from the media"

An excellent opprotunity to futher your propaganda......Or this...

    'We have among the most
    stringent ethics rules of any
    public agency,
    as we should.
Because of the sensitive nature of
the work we do, we can’t allow
any questions to arise about our
    integrity."

Really? When did the Fed become a public agency?? Wow. Pure $hit.

Technically, he didn't say the Fed Reserve IS a public agency, he just compared their ethics standards to those businesses that actually are public agencies. So, in essence, he's admitting the Fed Reserve plays by it's own rules.

Yes.you are right, but it's implied and do you think the SHEEP will know the difference?Heck, most sheep think the FEDRESERVE is part of the
    Goverment.

Playing by thier own rules. Boy ain't that the truth!

Don't disagree with you at all REO, just making a point he knew what he was saying, and how to say it.

I very much doubt the majority of the population would give his quoted text much more than a passing glance.

You mean the Federal Reserve isn't Federal???

    Wow, really.

Have you ever worked at 'The Pink Fed' (that's what it's called in the system)? it's the head bank in 12th district - I'm no longer sure if the Portland, Or FRB branch is till open.

I did work for the SF FRB. I didn't actually 'fit in' - kind of a square peg/round hole type of fit.

I lasted about eight months and then quit. I just had enough of 'because that's how we've ALWAYS done it' as an answer when I asked why do you do it this way instead of ....? And then give them three better ways to do something.

I worked in Fedline support back in the 90's

I also worked at the Denver FRB back in the early eighties (Kansas City is the main branch and it's the 10th district) in Check Collection (boring as h@ll job because all you did was take bundles of checks, add up their tally sheet and put your results on another tally sheet for the high speed sorter operators to look at and compare the totals the machines got) - a department that MOST districts no longer have, because checks are rarely used any more

I have met and known auditors, examiners, managers and even a few officers over the years.

MOST are very good folks just doing the job that CONGRESS REQUIRES OF THEM

And yeah, they ARE completely separate from FED.GOV

Sorry, they are NOT GSA -

So, when you've WORKED THERE, speak up sunshine

Until then, you're just blowing smoke - LIKE SO MANY OTHERS HERE

The SF Fed used to have a computer game in their main lobby twenty plus years ago - you got to be the 'Head of the FRB'

And you had two buttons to push

One PUT MONEY IN the economy - the other one TOOK MONEY OUT of the economy

Because in truth, that's ALL THE FRB CAN DO

They don't make the laws - they just enforce them

    and GUESS WHAT?

A bank does NOT have to join the Federal Reserve System

They can be a member of the OTC, FSLIC, FDIC, State Member bank and one other agency I can no longer remember it's name - AND OF COURSE THE FRB

again, not a perfect system - and when run by crooks and criminals (think politicians) you bet your bottom dollar it's bad

But if you think it's bad NOW? try it without a central bank who's 'original job' was to 'take the punch bowl away just as the party gets started' - that was Paul Volkers explanation and one of the best I've ever heard

    It's a freakin juggling act

and you folks have ZERO IDEA as to what they actually do and HOW they do it

Own a home? Sign all those docs for the home loan? That's 'Consumer Affairs' dept as examined by the FRB

Be glad they DO THAT. Because otherwise you wouldn't HAVE A HOME because no one would be willing to loan you money.

And yah, yah - you gonna say that we could go BACK to before the FRB

Great - you want to make $3k - $5k A YEAR? And buy a home worth $10k - 20K? And have to pay CASH?

Credit's not the best thing in the world for sure. But hey, without it we probably wouldn't have the computer you are using to read this.

WHY? Because money is like manure. You gotta spread it around for it to cause things to grow.
