They are still listed as "in stock", but there's a disclaimer that says that you may have to wait up to 15 days before they are shipped. I'm sure that was the case when you ordered them too.

I noticed that as well, they should probably make it clearer though because they are going to have some upset customers with the delays that are almost certainly going to happen.

I bought before the crash and the funds were taken from my bank before the crash. There should be no delay for me. Then they tel me 3-5 additional days after funds have cleared to process , which have passed already. Provident fail.

I'll be giving a report on Provident's service soon. I placed an order recently for OPM rounds that they guaranteed to be in stock. My check cleared in 6 business days just as their policy states.

So now, we'll see how fast they ship. I didn't ask for any extra speedy shipping so five days would not be unrealistic. They've never let me down in the past so fingers are crossed that they are still as good as they were previously.

Purchased using a check on 4/12, and they shipped today, with an expected delivery date of 4/9. Not the fastest turn around, but not terrible. Ordered some of the OPM Kilos they had listed in stock.

USPS is delivering my order today. I placed the order for a roll of Ag rounds on 4/26 paying with personal check so 14 business days is my turn-around time with this provident order.

That's pretty good IMO and in accordance with their stated policy on payment and shipping.

Getting ready to order another as the same roll is over $30 cheaper delivered today.

I placed an order on 4/23. It said it was out of stock, so I called them to ask how long was the delay. "2-3 weeks" they said. Check cleared in 1 week. The item shipped [corrected]5/13[/corrected], it was delivered today 5/15. I guess they were being overly cautious on the delay. Of course, I could buy it now for less like jogslvr above, but I'm still happy with the purchase.

Also the USPS is funny. These things come with signature confirmation. But apparently since my mail drop goes through a wall, they consider that to be as good as a signature. I'm not complaining as I don't have to go to the PO to pick it up. This only happens with the USPS, UPS makes me come and pick it up.

Ordered 4/25. Paid by bank wire. Just called and order is in final processing and "should ship either today or tomorrow." Everything was in stock when I ordered.

I finally received the last of 3 orders I had placed with Provident last Friday (5/10/13). I ordered it on 4/4/13, mailed my check the following day. The other 2 orders I placed had what I consider normal delivery times. I'm holding off buying from Provident for a while, I'll try my luck with APMEX.

Well looks like my package from Provident shipped this afternoon. I receive an email from them. About time. Probably wont arrive to me until 5/18 or 5/20. That puts me just over 3 weeks from time of order to delivery. Not real happy about that.

I have had great experience with APMEX. Sometimes they aren't as price competitive as some other places online, but usually aren't too bad. Plus from my experience they ship very fast. You should give them a shot.

Finally received my order after 5 weeks. Second order with them and the first didn't turn out too well either. Not again.
