Thanks for starting the thread, and to all the voters that thought it prudent to do so.

RichG more or less said it all for me, as this place does mean that much. The people here are so full of opinions, wit, humor, and just flat out different, that I am proud to stand alongside all of you.

It is the people that make GIM,

Years ago, there was an argument going around, how it just didn't matter 'cause after all, it was just the internet, or no harm no foul, as it didn't apply to the net. I disagreed, coming down on the side that there are other people behind that nic or that av, that yes there can be harm done to others. That there was a real live person behind that, typing their thoughts away, and didn't deserve to be blasted for having a opinion. That is true to this day.

I too can be accused of going too far at times, and to those I have offended over the years, I will say my bad, and I mean no ill will.

And it is because of the people here, that I continue to do this, and plan to for some time to come.

So thank you to all of you, for without you, this place would be dust.
