    Default Sequestration doublespeak

If you don't live under a rock you've been hearing all of the doom-and-gloom predictions of the coming budget Sequestration, required by the Budget Control Act of 2011. This is not an unforeseen disaster, it's something that congress overwhelmingly voted for. Congress passed this bill a bit under a year ago, and now most of them are now saying it's a disaster if it goes into effect. On a percentage basis, it was more heavily supported by the Republicans. This afternoon, Mitch McConnell was on Hannity (radio), with both of them playing tag team blaming the Democrats for letting this disaster happen. Does anybody in the press ask why Congress voted last summer to have a disaster the next year? Does Hannity ask McConnell "If this is such a disaster, WHY DID YOU VOTE FOR IT?". No way! I really want to know why they voted for something they're now calling a disaster. I think anybody who voted for it and now wants it repealed should resign for incompetence. It hasn't even been a full year!

My congressman, Brett Guthrie, had a telephone town hall tonight. I did not get to ask a question. However, I listened.
When it comes to budget, Guthrie, a McConnell Republican Decepti-con, brought up the Social Security checks would not have gone out if they didn't vote for this stuff. He brought it up every time budget came up, trying to scare the old people I guess. Then he claimed we would have the smallest Navy and armed forces since 1915 if we allowed any budget cuts. He also said there was no point cutting any foreign aid since it was only 31 billion.

This guy is a complete tool.

So I guess the plan is to go bankrupt instead of cutting anything. Just drive right over the cliff. The old folks will have full social security until they get ZERO when the FedGov collapses. Nice plan, Brett.

I will be voting for my neighbor's dog before I vote for this idiot.

I might add that McConnell has surprisingly become very very rich from 2007 until now, unlike the rest of us. His wife is hooked up in Communist China. I will be actively working against that Decepti-con traitor when he comes up for re-election. He belongs in jail not office.
