I probably have read at least 200 'bad news' stories here this year alone, but honestly this one is in the running for the worst of the worst . Considering my first son is about a month away from his arrival I just hate stories like this. Not that I would send him to a public school anyway, but I don't take comfort in the fact he's going to grow up surrounded by coddled idiots. I'm truly concerned and somewhat worried by the fact that I'm going to raise him to say yes ma'am, no sir, limit his TV exposure, and encourage him to think whenever I can. The way things are changing in ten years from now people are going to view me as an dangerous "extremist" to be sure .

The progressive’s campaign for race-based discipline policies also won a victory in Maryland July 24.

The state’s board of education established a policy demanding that each racial or ethnic group receive roughly proportional level of school penalties, regardless of the behavior by members of each group.

The board’s decision requires that “the state’s 24 school systems track data to ensure that minority and special education students are not unduly affected by suspensions, expulsions and other disciplinary measures,” said a July 25 Washington Post report.

“Disparities would have to be reduced within a year and eliminated within three years,” according to the Post.

This is by design - pure and simple. get the masses pissed off at each other for perceived (or otherwise) special treatment, special privileges, special attention, special punishment, special awards. Pit the masses against each other to keep them distracted from the real theft, the real corruption, the real rape and pillage of this once great country.

or: we have too many black expulsions

so they let them slide for their deeds......which harms the child.....who NEEDS the discipline that the school could give them

in effect, obama and the schools are attacking the blacks by not letting them get their discipline.....which often stems from broken homes and lack of discipline

I don't think so. This is like HCR. Push it through while they can. Their dominance inside the beltway is at risk of coming to an end November 6th, so we're going to see a lot of bucket-list items shoved down our throats beforehand.

I guess we are going to need blood | DNA tests to determine the racial status of each student. Does South Africa have any of the gear they used to determine what degree of whatever you are left over we can get surplus? The negroes have been demanding this type of policy in my area for years. When Rockford had a negro superintendent of schools, it was partially implemented and whatever type of discipline that existed, evaporated. The School Board finally saw the error of their ways and got rid of that useless (and corrupt) super.
