This cannot be good for the Lions.

Detroit Police Looking To Force Booty Lounge Out Of Business

The Detroit Lions win a couple games and nobody gets to enjoy a stripper-mobile during tailgates. The Booty Lounge, as it's called, is a rolling strip club that sets up shop near Ford Field before Lions games, and has caught the eye of the Detroit police, who have now vowed to shut the "establishment" down. The strong statement from Detroit Police Chief Ralph Godbee Jr comes on the heels of a local news investigation, which was somehow necessary to realize a giant bus named "Booty Lounge" was a mobile strip club.
Still, one can't help but chuckle when the chief of police says he's going to investigate the Booty Lounge aggressively.

IF the Lions can handle Ware on the outside they win no problem. The guy has been a beast. Gotta keep the QB erect.

Det vs Dal, what's the line? Austin still out. Dez Bryant limping. Romo on painkillers. This is not going to be pretty.

    4-0 for the 1st time since 1980.

Next game is on Monday night versus the Chicago Bears who feature offensive coordinator Mike Martz and defensive coordinator Rod Marinelli. You may remember those 2 as the architects (along with Matt Millen) of Detroits 0-16 fame.

What is most impressive about Detroit being 4-0 to me is the fact that 3 of their 1st 4 games has been on the road. Even though they are undefeated thus far, their play has been sloppy (hence the need for comebacks) and there are many things they can improve. It speaks to their depth of talent that they can play sloppy and still win - even on the road.

It is too bad that the Detriot Lions do not play the Tennessee Titans this year in the regular season. If the Titans were playing the Lions right now, then the Titans would have beaten the Lions in my opinion.

Well since I am a Tennessee Titans fan, I have this fantasy of the Titans going 13-3 (or 12-4) for the regular season and going to the playoffs to defeat the Detriot Lions and going to on to the Superbowl game and winning it. It might happen this season.

That would be cool for Schwartz, Vanden Bosch and Tulloch to be able to smack their old teammates in the mouth. I dont see it happening though. You have to get through Buffalo (sarcasm).

Yeah Buffalo will be a tough one and the Titans are without Kenny Britt (Titans WR) and Chris Johnson (Titans RB) is stumbling out of the gate so far this season with lackluster performances. Maybe Chris Johnson's 101 yard rushing yard performance against the Cleveland Browns last Sunday will finally put him on the right track. Matt Hasselbeck is turning out to be a good QB for the Titans.

The season is far from over and anything could happen. I hope that they will not collapse like they did last year. However, I will still stick by my fantasy of the Titans winning the Superbowl in 2012.

I feel that the Titans will see the Lions in the playoffs. When the Titans have to play the Lions in the playoffs, then that will be very interesting to see how badly the Titans will defeat the Lions.

I am not worried about the "Oiler Stink". It will come off but it will take some time for the "Oiler Stink" to come off. Maybe a Superbowl championship in 2012 will help to get rid of that "Oiler Stink".

Placed a few bets on the Lions when I was back in Scotland. $100 to win NFC North 6/1. $100 to come second in the NFC North 2/1. Bit of a long shot to win the NFC North, but 2nd place should be a lock. Also bet $50 E/W to win the Superbowl at 33/1.
Its only Tuesday, and I'm already looking forward to Monday night football against the Bears.

Their recent win can only be described as a "streak."

You jested with the Vikings, what did you expect? (no one cares about the Vikings).

I am so hoping that Detroit and GB are both undefeated on Thanksgiving - what a game that would be...

I figured you were so wasted, you wouldn't even remember posting. As a 40 year fan, this is the first year that I actually don't care how many games they win. I'd rather they get Ponder ready for next season.

Watched the game today, Stafford doesn't fill me with any confidence as a top quality QB. Good close game, Detroit were going to lose sooner or later, still another season away from being good enough to seriously challenge for the Superbowl.

Niners - Lions - it was a good game - went down to the wire. I think the Lions were a little spent from Mondays night game with Da' Bears.
Niners looked pretty good, the Lions den is a very LOUD place to play in - these teams may play each other again in the playoffs. The post game swirl between the coaches only detracted from the good game.
I hope the Lions can smack the Packers around some.

I'm glad they lost on some level, as they beat the Bucs week one , but I don't think anyone should overlook the Lions and their defense. It may not be this year, but their defense certainly looks like it will be the absolute best in short order. Having Suh and Fairley together just isn't fair for the opposing O-line in most games .

GO BUCS though ! They beat the Saints today to tie for first in the division .

I was skeptical about George Plimpton's team, but the Lions are as good as the Vike-Queens are bad. Even Da Beers are beating up on them tonight.

Hey Boss, what was that big deal after the game and the coach's "handshake" with Harbaugh?

Schwartz hates losing is the only thing I can think of that makes sense. I was wondering if there was gonna be a fist fight at the 50 yard line

One of our local radio stations in Detroit has already turned the altercation between the two coaches into a promo for their station:

"Welcome to Detroit! The only city in America where a firm handshake and a slap on the back will get you an ass kicking!"

Nope. That's not true. I do not deal with bidding on Chinese silver art bars on ebay. Those are not my taste. I deal mainly with silver art bars that are almost as old as I am (i.e. '70's silver art bars) and those were minted by American private mints during the 1970's. Thanks for playing. Like I said, Lions lose today. Bummer for Lions fans. HAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

The Chinese don't fake art bars yet. I was just kidding. If I recall, you are a Titans fan. I live in Houston and am a Texans fan. Did you laugh today for real?
