I need your help re: George Washington & Start of the Civil War

I have "heard" that within the first 20 minutes of being in Office as President of the United States, George Washington started a Corporation with the Bank of England that lasted until the beginning of the Civil War when the Southern States did not wish to continue the arrangement.

My daughter (13) wants to make a stand in her History class for the "Real" history of this country. Especially that the catalyst for the Civil War (going back to this Corporation) had nothing to do with "freeing the slaves" but rather bankers (banksters). Can anyone point me in the correct direction.

It would help her a great deal if it were a reputable or well regarded source.

I am very proud that she values the truth enough to stand up and I appreciate your helping her.

They believed that Lincoln was anti-slavery and in favor of Northern interests. Before Lincoln was even president, seven states had seceded from the Union: South Carolina, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, and Texas".



States versus federal rights.

Since the time of the Revolution, two camps emerged: those arguing for greater states rights and those arguing that the federal government needed to have more control. The first organized government in the US after the American Revolution was under the Articles of Confederation. The thirteen states formed a loose confederation with a very weak federal government. However, when problems arose, the weakness of this form of government caused the leaders of the time to come together at the Constitutional Convention and create, in secret, the US Constitution. Strong proponents of states rights like Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry were not present at this meeting. Many felt that the new constitution ignored the rights of states to continue to act independently. They felt that the states should still have the right to decide if they were willing to accept certain federal acts. This resulted in the idea of nullification, whereby the states would have the right to rule federal acts unconstitutional. The federal government denied states this right. However, proponents such as John C. Calhoun fought vehemently for nullification. When nullification would not work and states felt that they were no longer respected, they moved towards secession.

As for U.S. incorporation I do not believe that the country was legally incorporated until AFTER the civil war, as a result of the re-unification at gunpoint.

The seal states 1789 but the U.S. was only setup LIKE a corporation and, to my knowledge, not formally incorporated until the union was forced to be in its present totalitarian state: to the victor goes the spoils.

I dont' know if this will help but it mentions an acceptance of Revolutionary war debt by Congress itself in exchange for support of a 'federal district' by the norther states, over which district and it's citizens congress would have exclusive jurisdiction. This is from U.S. Capital. See also Residence Act I don't know if this would have been the start of the debt which you would refer to.

The United States Congress was established upon ratification of the United States Constitution and formally began on March 4, 1789. New York City remained home to Congress until July 1790,[4] when the Residence Act was passed to pave the way for a permanent capital. The decision to locate the capital was contentious, but Alexander Hamilton helped broker a compromise in which the federal government would take on war debt incurred during the American Revolutionary War, in exchange for support from northern states for locating the capital along the Potomac River. As part of the legislation, Philadelphia was chosen as a temporary capital for ten years (until December 1800), until the nation's capital in Washington, D.C. would be ready.[5]

Thank you for that. My husband pointed out that teachers under the current "No Child Left Behind" are given a script for teaching. They may want to entertain and discuss alternate evidence of our history, but they are not allowed to.

Instead of taking the evidence to the Jr. High school, we are advising them ourselves. I am grateful for posts from everyone on this subject to demonstrate that there are intelligent posters / people who are saying the same thing "Mom and Dad" are.

On a side note, my daughter came home friday disgusted that her Science teacher did not know or understand "Peak Oil". She asked if she could loan him our copy of Michael Rupperts "Collapse". At first I said "sure". Later I said she had better not for fear he would think that we as parents were way off in the "woo-woo world". Rather she should just give him the info. and let him watch it on YouTube. She and my other daughters will be old enough soon enough to be able to intelligently discuss and consider the bigger paradigms. I doubt thier peers will sadly.

second bank charter expired thanks to andrew jackson = multiple assassinations, civil war, bankster monetary terrorism = federal reserve
