Headed back from the PIT.

I’ll have some news and updates for you about doing a show to put out my take on the information we received.

Either tomorrow or Tuesday.

Stay tuned.

EO 13848 gives us some important definitions. What Konnech is involved in certainly fits election infrastructure.

What we need to do is figure out how they have been interfering

True the Vote held a private, invite-only event over the weekend. CDMedia had a reporter at the conference conducted at an undisclosed location.
Information was released that True the Vote many months ago stumbled upon a server in China which True the Vote says holds a great deal of personal information on 1.8 million U.S. election workers. The data was brought to the FBI which has so far done nothing with it.
Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Phillips told the audience they are now a target of an FBI investigation over the issue, not the CCP.
CDMedia will report more information as it can be verified.

The Captain’s Battlegrounds
Captain K shows what happens in the largest county of a key swing state when votes are continuously counted until 3:45 AM when the "losing" candidate appeared to have the state on ice just hours before. Joe Biden appears to have at least 31,000 excess votes.

The Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 (IIRIRA or IIRAIRA), Division C of Pub.L. 104–208 (text) (PDF), 110 Stat. 3009-546, enacted September 30, 1996, made major changes to the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA). IIRIRA's changes became effective on April 1, 1997."[1]

Former United States President Bill Clinton asserted that the legislation strengthened "the rule of law by cracking down on illegal immigration at the border, in the workplace, and in the criminal justice system — without punishing those living in the United States legally”.[2] However, IIRIRA has been criticized as overly punitive "by eliminating due process from the overwhelming majority of removal cases and curtailing equitable relief from removal”.[3] A range of critiques have emerged concerning the provisions enacted with IIRIRA, such as the expansion of aggravated felonies, creation of the 287(g) program, reduction in due process rights, and intensified funding of border militarization.[3][4][5][6] With IIRIRA, all noncitizens, regardless of legal status and including long-term legal permanent residents, became subject to removal and greatly expanded the offenses that could lead to formal deportation.[7]

Proponents of the IIRIRA present the case that the policy provided a much needed end to numerous loopholes present beforehand in US immigration policy, which ultimately undermined their efficacy.[8] The ultimate goal of the IIRIRA has been to deter further illegal immigration into the US, and despite a noticeable increase in annual deportations since the policy was enacted in 1996 from around 50,000 to over 200,000 by the beginning of the 2000's,[9] overall illegal immigration has increased since the policy's enactment according to data compiled by the Pew Research Center.[10]

Before IIRIRA, nonimmigrants who overstayed their visas or violated their status could pay a fine that would allow them to adjust their status to permanent residence status.[11] With IIRIRA, however, lawfully admitted nonimmigrants who overstay their visas by one day or longer became ineligible for a new nonimmigrant visa.[11] If the period of overstay ranged from 180-365 days, the noncitizen would face a 3-year bar to reentry, and an overstay of more than 365 days would require a 10-year bar. These provisions impact noncitizens who were admitted before and after the enactment of IIRIRA.[11] In these circumstances, a noncitizen who falls under these categories would be subject to summary removal if attempting to reenter the United States. In these removal proceedings, the noncitizen does not have a right to a hearing or a lawyer and is subject to a 5-year bar of entry.[11]

Based on what I’ve seen uncovered in the past week and a half since all The Pit researchers started digging into the Konnech info: When the FBI went digging into this they uncovered a massive scandal implicating the DOD and several intel/5 EYES intel agencies in either deliberately handing this open door into our elections to the CCP or they did it accidentally from incompetence. Either way, the FBI was looking at a massive scandal that would implicate top DOD officials and Intel agency officials. They were faced with two options: pull the lid off this Pandora’s Box and pursue it where ever it led OR make it go away by flipping it on the whistleblowers who brought the Konnech data to them, Gregg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht of True The Vote. You’ll NEVER guess which option the FBI brass decided on….

Talking with activists in Florida: this is big. They know DeSantis is getting ready to run in 28 following Trump. They know if they don't defeat him in November, there's no chance of stopping him in 28. The left is mobilizing the same way they did for Biden, they're bringing in everything for Florida Gubernatorial race. Lots at stake here. Democrats know if they don't stop DeSantis now, they just won't moving forward.

If you're a Floridian, you BETTER be active. Don't count on a landslide. Charlie Crist is fundraising millions as we speak.

Former Governor of Alaska and candidate for the House of Representatives, Sarah Palin, "lost" the special election yesterday to a Democrat despite polls showing her ahead. They are calling it an "upset", but we all know -- or should know by now -- that the election was rigged and stolen.

Try to imagine this: Inflation is off the charts; our economy is in serious danger of collapse due to massive Democrat spending, the cost of fuel has more than doubled and oil drilling, very big in the fiftieth state, has been severely curtailed -- all due to insane Democrat policies. Yet in a state where no Democrat has won that seat in fifty years, we're supposed to believe the majority of Alaskan voters chose a Democrat over a true conservative Republican. Think about that. Digest it. This reality!

"President" Joe Biden went berserk recently, telling his audience that if Americans want to fight the government, they'll need more than their silly guns, because he has F-15s. He also claimed MAGA Republicans are semi-Fascists who threaten our "Democracy" and our rights. Now what would trigger those kinds of comments? Biden has the NSA, CIA and the rest of the intelligence agencies spying on Americans' social media accounts and emails, and what they are telling Biden is when (not if) the 2022 mid-term elections are once again stolen, it will probably trigger violence, even a full-blown civil war. That is why Biden made those comments!

Frankly, I doubt that will happen. Our young Americans today don't have the will to fight for their country, and in some ways, I can't blame them. There might be a few individuals, like that dead guy who tried to storm his local FBI office, but I don't foresee any real effort to mount a major, leaderless insurgency like the IRA prosecuted in Ireland. F-15s are useless against an insurgency anyway, unless a bunch of really stupid Americans organize a crowd to attack Washington DC. A true and effective insurgency involves leaderless 8–10-man hunter-killer teams who wear no uniforms and blend into the general population like the IRA did. The IRA waged a long insurgency, and they assassinated so many low and mid-level opposing politicians and British soldiers that the quality of life in Ireland became intolerable for them. As a result, the British sued for peace to the extent that they were forced to allow the IRA to keep their weapons in case the Brits changed their mind. To this day, the IRA has those weapons stored away securely all over Ireland and offshore. In other words, the IRA won, which was never widely reported here in the United States for obvious reasons.

Our veterans are war-weary, and after subjecting them to multiple deployments, who can blame them? Our soldiers fought and died in Middle East wars, like Afghanistan and George W. Bush's needless invasion of Iraq which allowed the Taliban in Afghanistan to recover and regroup. Then they watched helplessly as Joe Biden surrendered Afghanistan. We lost Vietnam, we are rapidly losing Iraq and we surrendered in Afghanistan. After all that, who could blame our veterans, many of them maimed for life mentally and physically, for dismissing any thought of fighting to save this nation that has so horribly betrayed them?

After the Vietnam debacle, our nation adopted a volunteer military, and that was probably one of the very worst mistakes ever made. I knew it would be. When I was growing up, it was understood that after graduating high school, I would serve my country for two years. If a young person had the means and the potential to become an officer, he would go to college and then serve our nation for four years. During that period of service, our young men and women were imbued with a pride in our nation's history and a solid patriotic attitude. But ever since the volunteer military system was established, only a fraction of the young people in our nation serve in the military. As a result, the majority of our young people hold little if any patriotic sentiments. Today, most of our young people are completely self-absorbed in their personal pursuits, with no sense of national loyalty at all.

Right after the 9/11 attack on the Twin Towers in New York City, I overheard a group of young men in a coffee shop in Ashland, Oregon discussing the attack, and every one of them spoke as if New York City was in a foreign land, and that no way were they going to fight, let alone sign up for military duty. No way! That is the current and probably permanent attitude the majority of our young people have. Our public schools and colleges have been completely overtaken by Liberal-minded teachers and professors, who have been teaching our young people that the United States is an evil entity of greed and corruption, slavery and racism. After all those years of public school and college indoctrination, what other possible result did we expect? Many of our young people are joining Antifa and working to destroy this "evil" nation and anyone who disagrees with them. They have been raised to be anti-American, and they feel fully justified burning down our communities and attacking patriotic, innocent Americans.

So, I don't believe Joe Biden has a thing to worry about. The die has been cast, and there is no way we're going to get the toothpaste back in the tube. Besides that, I keep hearing and reading comments from concerned and patriotic Americans who believe God is going to intervene and reverse this nation's evil slide. Obviously, those "Christians" never read their Bible! God does not work that way! What do these idiots think we're here for, anyway, to sit back and let God do everything for them? If an endeavor is a righteous one, God expects us to act, and as long as we are obeying God's Laws, he will open the doorsnecessary for us to succeed -- just like he did for our Founding Fathers, who must surely be dismayed at the moral condition of our nation and people today.

Once you hand in your paper ballot to a middle man it's gone. If you didn't hand it in yourself on election day, you may as well have wiped your butt with it.

Have Chinese Spies Infiltrated American Elections?

Konnech CEO’s deleted website reveals Chinese Communist Party roots.

“After the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the continuous development of political and economic reform, all kinds of election activities will become more and more a norm. We have a senior professional team that has been engaged in election service and management for a long time, and we have the experience of overseas election internship and exchange. We can provide the most professional election consulting service and election activity solutions for all places and levels of Party committees, NPCs, CPPCCs, trade unions, overseas Chinese Federation, women’s federations, Communist Youth League; villages, towns, streets, communities and units that have the need for election and evaluation of priorities.”

On a now-deleted website for the Chinese company, Jinhua Yulian Network Technology Co., the statement above was written by Eugene Yu, the Founder & CEO of Konnech Inc., a U.S. election company based out of East Lansing, Michigan.

Yu, who graduated from Zhejiang University in 1982 before receiving his MBA from Wake Forest University in 1988, founded Michigan’s Konnech Inc. on March 20, 2002, registering the domain “www.konnech.com” a month later.

On the good side:

Floriduh has purty strict voting rules. You gotta show up with a registry card and a photo ID. Your signature has to match the one right there on the registry book.

Other than than, just walk in and vote.

BOTTOMLINE upfront:

Thanks to #ThePit et al we know our government turned over the military absentee voting system to Chinese spies and CCP and NSA & Cybercom either knows and did nothing or missed it. Neither is good.

That’s it.

And then when mass-mail in voting was adopted because of the pandemic, voila!

They had a system all set up and ready to expand for digitized elections.

We are all supposed to be 'remote voters' now.

This is how we bypass their corrupt CCP-dominated EMS systems.

We vote in person on Election Day.

Patriots completely bypass the remote voting systems they've oh so carefully constructed.

EMS = Election Management Systems.

Betcha' didn't know almost all the software/code in the apps/platforms being used to run elections in hundreds of US counties was

1. Written by programmers from the CCP

2. Owned by CEO's running companies with direct ties to the CCP

3. CCP law means whatever code they write, whatever app they own, any platform, they have a right to take digital information on that app or platform and download it to China because...they own it. It's theirs. You use a CCP-owned & connected digital highway, any information you put into it can become their property. If you're on WeChat or Tik Tok...get off. Now.

4. And since they own the data and it belongs to them, once the data is inside mainland China, they can do whatever they want with it.

5. It was discovered by Catherine Engelbrecht & Gregg Phillips of True The Vote that China has been downloading some of the data running over these CCP-connected EMS apps and platforms. The detailed Personal Identification Information [PII] from 1.8 million US election workers is just the start of what the CCP considers itself to own.

6. CCP wrote the code for and manages and operates EMS systems in multiple countries. And it considers all the data it gets it's hands on via these EMS systems to be theirs and they can do whatever they see fit with it.

7. This makes removing CCP-controlled and affiliated software apps and platforms from US election systems in hundreds of US counties a serious matter of national security.

The national security agencies of the federal government should have taken action long ago. The fact private citizens are having to expose this CCP infiltration of national security infrastructure and take action while the DOJ, FBI, CIA, NSA, Cyber Command and CISA are either caught napping to this threat or are complicit in covering it up is infuriating and alarming.

8. People who told you for the past month that The Pit was a big nothingburger didn't have a clue what was going on. 100+ experienced diggers and researchers like me were brought in, had the Tiger Project explained to us, and then we were asked for help.

We gave it.

And things are never going to be the same once we're done.

All these CCP-controlled/affiliated EMS apps and platforms are going to be discarded. The entire country is waking up to the fact our election systems has been corrupted by a hostile foreign power and remedies need to be implemented to root them out and make changes to how Americans vote. This includes getting rid of these machines and going back paper ballots.

And you can quote me on that.

MongoDB: What is it, and how did it come into play as part of the shocking disclosure that took place at "The Pit"?

On August 13, 2022, Catherine Englebrecht and Gregg Phillips described what they found last year on an unsecured server in China: personal information for 1.8 million US election workers...and more

CognitiveCarbon
Aug 17

Catherine Englebrecht of True the Vote and Gregg Phillips of OPSEC organized an event on Saturday, August 13th in Arizona called “the Pit.”

The purpose of the event was to bring together 100-150 journalists, social media influencers, researchers and other interested parties to discuss and disclose new information related to election “irregularities” that True the Vote had found—in part, to shed some additional light on the results of the 2000 Mules movie that relied on Gregg’s geolocation tracking of cell phones during the time around the November 2020 election, and also in part to share new information that they had come across in the interim.

This article is based upon my notes and recollection of what was shared at the event; any errors in relaying the story accurately are entirely my own.

I am going to focus primarily on the technical aspect of what was shared; there are others who are writing about the broader issues and shockingly serious implications of the FBI’s engagement (or lack thereof) with the data that Gregg and Catherine attempted to bring to their attention.

But my area of expertise is in the technical details, so I’ll attempt to shed some light there that others haven’t yet covered.

As you may know if you saw the movie, the GPS location data from cell phones that Gregg obtained —a small portion of which was used in 2000 Mules —was processed so as to help identify “patterns of life” for people who were caught illegally stuffing ballot boxes in many cities across the nation.

These so-called “Mules” were ballot traffickers— as the movie depicts, they were deployed, in some coordinated fashion by yet unknown entities across various swing state cities during November of 2020 to evidently illegally influence the 2020 election results.

Gregg’s team or other parties who were working with him were continuing to take a hard look at election patterns in the 2022 primaries and beyond, and they were also looking more broadly at a wide spectrum of election technology providers to understand better how the actions of the Mules fit into the bigger picture of executing the fraud that was exposed in 2000 Mules.

As part of this Arizona Pit event, Gregg and Catherine described an incident that arose during research that their teams had been conducting on various suppliers of software to US election agencies.

During the course of probing one such software provider, in early 2021 Gregg and his team stumbled across an IP address for a server that was purportedly associated with a company named Konnech, at least according to the records of services that track IP address ownership and location.

That IP address, it turns out, was located in China—it was evidently used by some instances of the software application for a period of time, before switching to a new IP address in Grand Rapids Michigan.

Geolocation tools that I used suggest that the server that was hosting this address in China was somewhere near Hangzhou, possibly somewhere near Zhejiang University.

Konnech makes software to service various parts of the election process for US and other countries. One of their modules is called PollChief; this is a resource management tool for helping election agencies manage their poll workers who staff various polling locations on election days.

It manages, among other things, schedules of poll workers, and includes the details necessary to recruit, retain and pay them. It, and the broader suite of software can be used to keep track of all sorts of logistics information about election equipment such as where is its physically located—for inventory purposes during non-election season, but also when and where that equipment is deployed for running elections. There are also modules marketed by Konnech that are involved with the process of casting ballots themselves for certain groups of people.

The software itself isn’t immediately concerning at a surface level; but the fact that one instance of it was apparently connecting to a server in China certainly raised some eyebrows—which warranted a closer look.

While Gregg and his team were investigating, they ran some routine cybersecurity checks to see what services were being used by that Chinese IP address to determine what was behind it. One of these routine “scans” showed a port on that IP address—27017—that is typically used by a database application called “MongoDB” (I’ll explain some of these terms more fully in just a bit.)

That was interesting and somewhat unexpected, since the applications from Konnech were ostensibly using SQL databases (more on that in a bit) and therefore this find was worth exploring.
Let’s take a technical look at what MongoDB is before we get to what it is that they reportedly discovered.

But first, we’ll take a step back to bring you up to speed on some basics and explain some of the terms. Databases are software systems that store large collections of data for fast lookup, correlation, reporting, and retrieval by software applications.

When you see a web-based application these days, somewhere behind it is a database server serving up the “personalized” information that you see displayed to you on the web pages of the application.

A popular form of a database system in use these days is called an “SQL” server (pronounced “See-Kwel”.) Microsoft is one provider of SQL servers, but there are many others.

For those who are curious, SQL Servers are based on the mathematics of set theory (if you’ve used a Venn Diagram, or if you took some advanced math in high school or college you probably have a basic idea of what sets are) and they also rely heavily on something called Linear Algebra. This is a branch of math that deals with vectors and 2D, 3D or higher dimension “matrices”. This is what makes them fast and efficient and manipulating data.

If you’re familiar with Microsoft Excel, then you know that a spreadsheet is just a simple form of a 2D matrix of information: a sheet in Excel has rows and columns of cells which contain and organize data.

A SQL server is analogous in some ways to a spreadsheet, but it is more sophisticated. It stores data across many “tables” (think sheets in Excel) — and tables that are meant to link together in some fashion are stored in collections that are called, well, “databases.”

See the source image

an example of an Excel table

SQL servers are designed for types of data that are relatively clean and ‘well-structured’; one typically puts data into various tables, which are then linked to each other in a ‘relationship’ by some field that is common to both tables. In this way you can “lookup” data in one table using a related value in a column in some other table.

SQL servers are typically used for very large, very well-structured data when you need really fast results to make your software run smoothly.

See the source image

A relationship diagram for various tables in a SQL database

However, not all problems that you find in the real world are a good match for ‘well structured’ databases like SQL. Sometimes you need to work with data that is messier or only loosely-structured—or structured in a way that may frequently change because you haven’t yet worked out all the final details of your application just yet.

In SQL databases, a single ‘record’ has the same format (fields) as any other record (for example, think of a single row of an excel spreadsheet table as a ‘record’.) For instance, imagine a ‘pollworker’ record for a polling place —it might have, for example, a field for name, address, phone number, email address etc. with one ‘record’ for every poll worker. You might also have information for emergency contacts, or other family members related to that poll worker.

SQL databases are common and useful, but there is also a type of database called a “No SQL” database. These kinds of databases are different; they allow each record to potentially have different numbers (and sizes) of fields, with perhaps only a few fields per record kept in common. For example, maybe one worker’s record has some extra fields that the other worker’s records don’t typically have, like secondary phone numbers or extra email addresses.

When you have less well-structured databases, or data that doesn’t “fit well” into a SQL table—or if you have a need to quickly add new fields as you’re developing your software without having to rebuild your database every time you make some major change—it is now common to use one of these “No SQL” databases.

They are just easier for programmers to work with—if the software requirements for data changes, it is often faster and easier to “upgrade” the application when the data is in a NoSQL database than if it is in a more rigidly structured SQL database.

Software development gets done faster, which saves the company money. You just tack on a few new fields for certain new records, leave the old records alone, and program your application to recognize when it sees a new format for data records and act appropriately.

These kinds of databases are also conceptually easier for less skilled programmers to use, they “connect up” to modern web applications more easily, and they have grown in popularity over the last decade. MongoDB was one of the first and one of the more popular ones in use these days.

Sometimes, a “NoSQL” database is used during early software development because of the flexibility in rapidly changing the data structures as the program gets fleshed out; but then once the program reaches final product stages, it is converted to a SQL database because the data structures aren’t expected to change as much after the program goes on the market, and SQL servers perform faster.
The ease of use of NoSQL databases like MongoDB for unsophisticated programmers, however, is a problem: because less skilled (and less expensive) programmers can and do use them, they often overlook certain critical security settings because of their lack of knowledge.
So now let’s get to what Gregg’s team found.

Recall that they found an IP address in China associated with what appeared to be one of Konnech’s products (according to the DNS records for that IP, anyway) that was used for one or more US voting agencies; and that one of the ports that was in use at that IP address was typically used for MongoDB, if it happened to be installed on that server.

Let’s briefly use a “house” analogy here for a moment to make this easier to grasp. Think of the “house” as the IP address, and the “ports” are the doors and windows on the house—ways to get into or out of the house.

A common practice for cybersecurity professionals who are exploring a network is to “test the locks” when they find “open windows or doors” as they walk around a “building” of interest, and in this case, they did a quick check on the MongoDB port (“rattled the windows”) to see if it responded.

When it did, they next tried a pretty basic thing: they tested to see if they could log into it with the default, “out of the box” username and password. That would be a pretty dumb thing for the owner of this machine to have left in place, but it is surprisingly common.
In other words, as the cyber team rattled the windows and doors, they found a boneheaded error on the MongoDB installation that only a novice would be expected to make. The doors and windows weren’t even locked. In fact, they were wide open.

You see, when MongoDB is freshly installed, it doesn’t have proper security rules set up to restrict who can read and write data into it; unless the person configuring that MongoDB installation takes the extra necessary steps (and knows how to do it), MongoDB either has NO password, or the default password which is… well, you can probably guess. “PASSWORD”.

So Gregg’s team was able to “walk in the front door”, as it were, because there was no lock on the door, and “look around the place.”
What they found was shocking: they found data that included personal details of nearly 1.8 million US poll workers. Details like their names, phone numbers, addresses, etc. Even the names of family members: things that might routinely be collected when you hire someone and issue them a paycheck.

But they also reportedly found rich details about where election machines were located, including floorplans of buildings used in elections. Nominally, this information would be of use by the election agencies, because the application they were using helped them track their election machine inventory.

But none of this should have been left out in the open for just anyone to see; and it sure as hell shouldn’t have been done in China. In short, it was a serious data spill.

China apparently has a law that any data found on its Internet belongs to the government, so in effect, China has “custody” of anything that existed on this server.

Perhaps because of the fact that Chinese programmers know this policy about the CCP, they are lazy and don’t bother much with securing their database servers; it could be a cultural thing—kind of a “what’s the point, it all belongs to them anyway” attitude among some workers. It could also be that the more talented programmers take jobs in other countries, while the more incompetent ones stay behind to work in China.

So how did it come to pass that this information was in China? Well, it is a practice these days for companies in the US to outsource software development to India, China, Pakistan, Armenia, Russia and elsewhere because the wages are lower for the same level of software talent that they might be able to find in the US; moreover, there is such a demand for programmers these days in all sectors of the economy that US companies sometimes can’t even find people with the right skills locally to do the work they need done.

This is why companies like Microsoft and others make such extensive use of the H1B Visa program: the demand for software talent far outstrips the supply.

So what may have happened is that Konnech employed a programmer or two in China to do the development and testing of pieces of the Konnech application suite, with the idea that when it came time, they would bring the final application (and database) back onshore to Grand Rapids for final deployment and use in actual elections.

However, having worked on client/server applications like this myself, I know that the “network administration” and “network security” skills are often lacking or absent in junior programmers, and they might make basic errors in configuration in deployment of production systems too (like leaving all the doors and windows unlocked.)

They might also fail to change the IP addresses properly after the “Beta” phase is done but before going “live” in some US city. They might also copy “live production” data back to a development system in China, so that the programmers can continue to refine the application and remove bugs even as the production system is in use.

A reasonably likely explanation, therefore, is that Konnech (or maybe a contractor it was using) outsourced work to China, and the US program manager and the Chinese labor programmers it used were grossly incompetent, leaving either test or live production data unprotected on a MongoDB server in China.

It isn’t in dispute that someone incompetent did this; the data was exposed. What isn’t known is who exactly did it, and what relationship they had to the vendor Konnech.

However, the situation is even worse than it first appears: because the MongoDB database was *completely* unsecured, it was also possible for interlopers to not only read all of its data—but also potentially add, overwrite and change data.
For instance, someone could have added a few dozen unscreened poll workers who were unvetted and were acting as plants sent in to do someone’s bidding on the election machines or ballots.
But that brings us back to an earlier point: the CCP views any data on China’s networks as belonging to the government: whether it was exposed due to incompetence, or not. They don’t care; it belongs to them.

Since Gregg and his team were able to “walk in the front door” because the doors and windows weren’t locked, it stands to reason that China’s own cybersecurity teams may have done so as well…and therefore the CCP could have, and likely did, come into possession of this same US poll worker data.

What else might have been on those servers? Could it have included voter registration data? What might the CCP have done with this data? Could they have used it to bribe or blackmail poll workers because they had all of their details, including phone numbers?

Could they have used it to inject their own plants as poll workers? Could they have used the information about blueprints and election machine locations to make hacking into wireless network connected election machines easier, since they knew exactly where to target their efforts?

We can’t know all these details at this point. But there is certainly reason to suspect that they could, and did, use this information to their own advantage.

What was particularly disturbing was that, when Gregg and Catherine discovered all of this, they tried to do the right thing and get the FBI involved. But because of the politicization of so many Federal agencies, not only was their attempt to inform and involve the FBI rebuffed, but the FBI then attempted to turn things around and make Gregg or his team look like bad guys for having downloaded (from an unsecured server) and come into possession of this dataset of 1.8 Million US poll workers.

Gregg basically did the equivalent of picking up an abandoned hard drive of data left lying openly on the ground in China, and the FBI wants to accuse him for having it in his possession, because of what was found on the drive!

They’re not interested in seeing if that data was misused to hijack our elections by China? Isn’t foreign interference in US elections an act of war?

It remains to be seen in how many other instances data spills like this were taken advantage of by China; and it will remain to be seen if there is any direct evidence that data of this type was used to alter the election outcome, above and beyond what was already documented to have occurred in the ‘2000 Mules’ ballot stuffing cases.

We’re not at the end of this investigation into election fraud; we’re simply at the end of the beginning. The Pit was a turning point: a time for Gregg and Catherine to engage a wider community of researchers and journalists into probing the whole spectrum of election integrity issues and engaging the citizenry in ways they need to be—but haven’t yet been—involved.

Without trustworthy elections, our Republic is at risk of being pulled down by those who prefer communism and socialism. We won’t stand idly by. All Americans must find a way to get more involved in the election process; become engaged and involved in protecting and securing our Republic.

This thread seems missed up for me. Post are out of order. Post from today followed by old post about zuckerburg....
Probably because nobody catches up and follows the thread, finds 'something' they think is 'news' and posts it?

Per a press release out this morning, more than 37,000 affidavits were delivered to the Gwinnett Country, Georgia Election Board challenging voter rolls and the handling of the 2020 Election. These affidavits included 20,000 from the 2020 Election.

These affidavits prove that the 2020 Election never should have been certified in Georgia.

Per a press release from moments ago:
A stunning total of 37,500 affidavits are delivered to the Gwinnett County Board of Elections office in challenge of the voter rolls and handling of the 2020 Election. These affidavits include 20,000 challenges to actual votes that were certified just after the 2020 election. The submitted affidavits only include Gwinnett County vote challenges. Still, the number far exceeds the Presidential spread for the entire state of Georgia and confirms the 2020 election should not have been certified!

Ten months ago, a team of patriotic Georgia residents came together to research election processes to determine if the repetitive narrative regarding safe, secure and honest elections in Georgia represented the truth. The results of the investigation proved otherwise. The team found bloated voter rolls and voter fraud. Gwinnett is the second largest county by population in Georgia and the team expects to deliver approximately 18,000+ additional affidavits once research is completed. This small team of volunteers worked diligently analyzing Secretary of State voter rolls, voter history files, and 2020 voter absentee file data. To ensure accuracy in sworn affidavits, the team verified challenges through analysis of SoS data, NCOA results, door-to-door canvassing, property tax records, obituaries, etc.
Details of the group’s work are included in the press release attached below:
Press Release Gwinnett Co by Jim Hoft on Scribd

In the 2020 Election, the state of Georgia did not announce a winner in the Presidential race until the Friday after Election Day (from The Steal: Volume II – The Impossible Occurs):
Georgia’s results were certified, giving Joe Biden the win by 12,000 votes. He finally overtook President Trump on Friday, November 6th, three days after the election. Despite Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger claiming on the morning of November 4th that there weren’t enough ballots outstanding to overturn President Trump’s lead, the impossible occurred.

Mark Zuckerberg Hit with Formal Demand to Turn Over Docs Showing FBI Interference in 2020 Election

Screenshot-8_30_2022-10_10_55-AM-930x620.jpg

Meta/Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is being hit with formal demands to turn over any and all documents showing its internal communications with government agencies, all discussion of the New York Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story, and any correspondence with the FBI showing its interference in the 2020 election.
Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI), who may chair powerful Senate committees in 2022, issued a letter to the billionaire CEO on Monday demanding to know more about the role his company appears to have played suppressing stories at government officials’ behest to tilt the election towards the Democratic Party nominee.

“The American people deserve to know whether the FBI used Facebook as part of their alleged plan to discredit information about Hunter Biden,” said the letter, which was obtained and published by the New York Post. “If so, Congress and the American people require clarity with respect to the extent the FBI communicated with Facebook during the 2020 election about Hunter Biden-related information.”
The senators point to a recent interview that Zuckerberg had with popular podcast host Joe Rogan as evidence of FBI election interference.
“On the August 25, 2022, episode of the podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience, you notedthat at some point leading up to the 2020 election the FBI came to Facebook with a warning: ‘Basically the background here is the FBI, I think basically came to us – some folks on our team – and was like, ‘Hey, just so you know, you should be on high alert. We thought that there was a lot ofRussian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump that’s similar to that. So just be vigilant’,” the letter continued.
“You appeared to indicate that as a result of the FBI’s warning, Facebook eventually tooksteps to censor news articles about Hunter Biden’s laptop. Specifically, you said that ‘distribution’ of those articles on Facebook was decreased and explained that ‘the ranking an newsfeed was a little bit less. So fewer people saw it than would have otherwise.’ Although you noted that users could still share the articles, you clarified that the number of users who could see it decreased by a ‘meaningful’ amount,” the letter added.

City Officials In Flint, Michigan Disproportionately Hired Democratic Poll Watchers In Violation Of State Law

A letter sent to the city of Flint, Michigan, on Tuesday reveals how the city disproportionately hired more Democrats than Republicans as poll watchers in violation of state statute.

According to a demand letter filed by the attorneys of Pure Integrity Michigan Elections, Michigan law requires equal representation of Republican and Democrat poll workers at polling locations. During Michigan’s August 2 primary, however, Flint hired 422 Democrats compared to just 27 Republican poll watchers. Additionally, for Flint’s Absent Voter Counting Board, only 4 Republican inspectors were hired compared to 56 Democrat election inspectors.

Of course they did, they don't care about the law in Democratic states, they only care about staying in power.

FBI Conceals Chinese Infiltration of U.S. Election Software

"This is a red Chinese communist op run against the United States by Chinese operatives and it's a disaster."

In a live chat released on Monday, Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips, appeared together on “truethevote.locals.com” to discuss their 15-month involvement with what was characterized to them as a “counter-intelligence operation” with the Federal Bureau of Investigation into American election company Konnech Inc.

Konnech, which is based out of East Lansing, Michigan, builds software to manage the poll workers, poll locations, campaigns, assets, and supplies necessary to run elections in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

In January 2021, Phillips said that the cyber analyst he had been working with encountered an “oddity in some of the URLs” such as vote4la.com, vote4detroit.com, and vote4boston.com, which Konnech’s “PollChief” software application used to gather personally-identifying information about poll workers.

Using Binary Edge, a software product companies use to identify and assess the risk of cyber breaches, “We began to look at where do these URLs actually resolve to. We found that most of them resolve to one IP address and that IP address — the URL resolved in China,” Phillips said.

“What we also learned in our review, apps.konnech.com, resolved into this same URL in China, meaning that the application itself was residing in China,” he continued.

“In Binary Edge, you can figure out what type of database they are using, their database port, and all the different services offered by ports in this particular application living in China. It turned out that not only did it live there, but they left the database open.”

This database “stored the personally identifying information of over a million Americans,” he emphasized.

Engelbrecht and Phillips decided that “this was a major national security risk” and immediately took the information to the FBI.

In 2005, Eugene Yu, the Founder of Konnech Inc., whose Chinese name is Jianwei Yu, founded his Chinese election company Jinhua Yulian Network Technology Co. in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China. On February 25, 2006, Yu registered the website “yu-lian.cn” for his Chinese election company to his American election company’s email address “eyu@konnech.com”. In a 2013 archived version of the website, Yu praised “Comrade Jiang Zemin” and the “Chinese Communist Party” before listing “Election Management Solutions, Detroit” and “US Overseas Voters” as his "Success Stories". Source: https://web.archive.org/web/20220901015518/https://whois-history.whoisxmlapi.com/lookup-report/ax5DgQQp26

Eugene Yu also registered “hongzhengtech.cn”, the website of another Chinese election company named Jinhua Hongzheng Technology Co. to his American election company’s email address “admin@konnech.com”. Hongzheng Technology builds voting equipment and software for China's National People's Congress in partnership with Lenovo, Huawei, China Unicom, China Telecom, and China Mobile. Source: https://web.archive.org/web/20220901202006/https://viewdns.info/reversewhois/?q=admin%40konnech.com

In May 2022, China’s National People’s Congress in Zhejiang province voted using tablets and software built by www.hongzhengtech.cn, the website for Jinhua Hongzheng Technology Co., which was registered to Eugene Yu’s “admin@konnech.com”.

When Engelbrecht and Phillips took this information to the FBI, the FBI “said the information was forwarded to their counter-intelligence operation, and a counter-intelligence op was opened up in January or February of 2021,” Phillips said.

He described how he and Engelbrecht played an active role in the FBI’s operation, “They engaged us in the operation, they were communicating with us on a regular basis. They were communicating with Catherine regarding communications with the target and this went on for approximately 15 months.”

Phillips and Engelbrecht noted that the field office that they worked with for those 15 months was “legitimate” and not “political law enforcement.”

“These were legitimate people who believed that this software posed a national security risk to the United States of America and they were working with us closely to try to stop this from being in place during the midterms,” Phillips said.

“The focus point was always we needed to remove this software from the election, but taking a step further, there were a lot of other concerns that the bureau had.”

The FBI agents indicated that Konnech had already “been on their radar” and that there were “lots of other problems” with the U.S. election company including “banking” issues and problems involving the company’s overseas operations in “Australia” and “Canada”.

In April 2022, Engelbrecht received a call from one of the FBI agents, who informed her that the FBI’s “Washington D.C. headquarters” was now involved in the investigation.

Engelbrecht described how everything changed after this call, “There was no more goodwill, there was no more let's work together, the script had been flipped, and now we were the target,” she said. “That was a very disturbing call.”

The agent informed Engelbrecht that “two women” at the FBI’s headquarters believed that Phillips and Engelbrecht were “in the wrong for doing this” and that the D.C. office was now trying “to figure out how you guys broke the law to find all of this”.

Engelbrecht added, “which of course we didn't, but that was kind of their MO [modus operandi], they were going to try to pin something on us, and today you can pick your headlines about how the FBI has done this time and again.”

Phillips remarked, “The problem is they know about this and they chose to do nothing. They chose to investigate it and in the end, they chose to blame us, but this is China. These are Chinese operatives in the United States, these are Chinese citizens who are programming this.”

Engelbrecht and Phillips, who have worked in the election industry for a combined fifty years, described how this was a “complete and total failure” of federal law enforcement, U.S. intelligence, and the Department of Homeland Security which is primarily responsible for the “critical infrastructure” making up the U.S. election system.

“In fact, the president of this company sits on the board of another election company that is one of the founding members of DHS's election security task force. So you want to talk about the fox in the hen house? It's all right there,” Engelbrecht noted about Konnech CEO Eugene Yu’s membership on Votem Corp.’s Board of Advisors.

Furthermore, Phillips added, “The same individual who programmed this election mess, PollChief, was also the lead programmer for the Confucius Institute internal comms [communication] mechanism.”

“Meaning how they exchange data between here and China, this same person built the entire app that runs all of these elections across the United States. This is a red Chinese communist op run against the United States by Chinese operatives and it's a disaster.”

Engelbrecht explained how the FBI agents initially hoped they could persuade the Washington D.C. office to do the right thing, “Our contacts were saying we are going to try and smooth this out, but as the days clicked on, they re-contacted us and one of them said you may need to be ready to — his term was use the nuclear option and go to the press,” she said.

“And that is when we began to plan the Pit.”

With the FBI no longer interested in pursuing Konnech, Englebrecht and Phillips organized an event for Saturday, August 13th in Arizona called “the Pit” where they brought together about two hundred “researchers, independent journalists, and big thinkers” to share their story with.

“We asked the people in attendance for help, we didn't know what the FBI's plans were for us, we didn't know if we didn't speak this publicly if we would ever have the chance to, but we felt like our best chance was to share this with people we trusted who had the wherewithal to get the word out,” Englebrecht said.

She continued, “There have been so many great things that have happened since that event, but one of the greatest, was this community that came out shoulder to shoulder saying let’s dig this, let's see how much more information we can find.”

“The quality of research that has been done to supplement what we already had and to corroborate what we already had has been incredible.”

Phillips added, “This is some of the best research I have ever seen. The quality of it, the depth of it, we were with a prosecutor the other day and we had an opportunity to share some of this information with them.”

He continued, “There's likely going to be a grand jury convened here in the next week or so. It's supported by not just the research that my team OPSEC did for Catherine and True the Vote, but it's supported by the research of one of the best research teams that I've ever seen come together.”

“The data and research all stand on their own.”

Englebrecht concluded that Eugene Yu and the Konnech story is far from over and will continue to get stratospherically bigger.

Delaware Judge Rules Vote-by-Mail Violates State’s Constitution, Cannot be Used in November Election

By Cristina Laila
Published September 15, 2022

A Delaware judge on Wednesday ruled vote-by-mail violates the state’s constitution and cannot be used in the November election.

The judge also upheld Delaware’s new same-day registration law, AP reported.

“Our Supreme Court and this court have consistently stated that those circumstances are exhaustive,” Vice Chancellor Nathan Cook wrote. “Therefore, as a trial judge, I am compelled by precedent to conclude that the vote-by-mail statute’s attempt to expand absentee voting … must be rejected.”

Recall, Delaware’s Democrat legislators passed vote-by-mail earlier this year after they failed to garner Republican support to amend the state’s constitution.

What a mess in Texas!

TEXAS CONSTITUTIONALISTS FIGHTING ES&S WITH LORI GALLAGHER

Lori Gallagher sat down with me at the Moment of Truth Summit to discuss her work with the election integrity group, Texas Constitutionalists. In her home county of Williamson, Texas, ES&S machines disenfranchised likely Republican voters after an unsanctioned and illegal software update caused an Election Day “glitch” that was never remedied.

Jeff Lenberg: Dominion's Erroneous Code and Unsolved Anomalies

Former Sandia National Laboratories engineer, Jeff Lenberg, appeared on "Conservative Daily" to discuss the EAC's report in Williamson County, Tennessee, and his findings from Coffee County, Georgia.

In a podcast episode, released last Friday, former Sandia National Laboratories engineer, Jeffrey Lenberg, who developed satellite systems and tested software for the U.S. Department of Energy, appeared on the “Conservative Daily” podcast to discuss the Election Assistance Commission report on Dominion’s “erroneous code” in Williamson County, Tennessee and a ballot scanning anomaly discovered in Coffee County, Georgia.

Lenberg showed a report entitled, “Dominion Voting Systems D-Suite 5.5-B” which was released on March 31, 2022, after an anomaly was observed in Williamson County, Tennessee during a municipal election held on October 26, 2021, regarding Dominion’s Image Cast Precinct (ICP) tabulators.

“There was some very bad misbehavior of the equipment that was found only because a poll worker was keeping a tally on a post-it note,” Lenberg told Conservative reporter Brian Lupo.

“They noticed that the ballot count on the machine didn’t match what they put in the machine. It was missing many ballots that they knew went into the machine. So they raised the alarm,” he continued.

After further investigation, the election officials discovered that seven out of eighteen machines had this same problem where a large number of ballots were fed through the tabulator, but not reported as counted when they closed the polls.

The State of Tennessee ran its own investigation and was able to repeat the problem so the Election Assistance Commission (EAC) and the two accredited entities that test voting machines, Pro V&V and SLI Compliance, were brought in to run an investigation on January 19, 2022.

Lupo commented, “Which by the way is a huge conflict of interest because they already paid them and they certified it. So if there is anything wrong with these machines, they’re complicit.”

Lenberg, who has published reports on voting machine vulnerabilities, agreed that independent analysis was necessary and said, “During their testing, they could repeat it. They saw the same sort of bizarre behavior where you put ballots in and a bunch of them just get rejected and don't get counted.”

The EAC, Pro V&V, and SLI Compliance were able to repeat the problem, but they were not able to figure out the cause of the anomaly so they called Dominion Voting Systems.

“Right there is a problem. What do you do? Well, what you do is you go get some independent experts or your own team and dig deeper until you find out the cause of the anomaly. You don’t just say we couldn’t find it so we asked Dominion to look at it,” Lenberg said.
He continued, “How can you have the voting machine company figure out if there is a problem with their system or not? There's a huge conflict of interest there.”

Merck (MRK) Pressed on Overseas Profits in Senate Tax Investigation - Bloomberg
Senator Ron Wyden, Democrat-Oregon, March 21, 2018:

“Forty-three percent of American voters use voting machines that researchers have found have serious security flaws including backdoors. These companies are accountable to no one. They won’t answer basic questions about their cyber security practices and the biggest companies won’t answer any questions at all. Five states have no paper trail and that means there is no way to prove the numbers the voting machines put out are legitimate. So much for cyber-security 101… The biggest seller of voting machines is doing something that violates cyber-security 101, directing that you install remote-access software which would make a machine like that a magnet for fraudsters and hackers.”

Senator Amy Klobuchar, Democrat Minnesota, 2020 HBO Documentary:

“We’re very concerned because there are only three [voting machine] companies. You could easily hack into them. It makes it seem like all these states are doing different things, but in fact, three companies are controlling them.”

Nevertheless, on February 11, 2022, Dominion submitted a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) report to the EAC, who subsequently concluded that “the direct cause of the anomaly was inconclusive” followed by a statement saying that “erroneous code is present in the EAC certified D-Suite 5.5-B and D-Suite 5.5-C systems.

“There are two insanely huge phrases there,” Lupo commented. “The first is erroneous code. Erroneous code is the first one, but the second one immediately following it is EAC certified. So does the certification mean anything?”

“How do you get past that when you tell us the EAC inspects these machines, the EAC certifies them, and then in the very same sentence you say there is erroneous code that causes this major malfunction,” Lupo asked. “Like you said earlier, Jeff, this was only caught because somebody was taking a tally on a post-it note.”

Lenberg replied, “That's why this stuff should have been caught in testing. This is testing 101. If there is erroneous code there, if the certification authorities had done their job, they should have found this.”

He continued, “But the description of it gets very bizarre. It says it's due to a misread of the QR code. Stop right there. A misread of the QR code?”

Lenberg explained that QR codes are very difficult to misread because they have an error detection feature that enables them to function even if there is a distortion, dirt, or damage covering 15% to as much as 30% of the code.

He remarked, “There’s nothing in here about fixing the misread or even figuring out why it misread. They just said it misread. That’s the root cause. I mean, this is just totally unacceptable as a root cause analysis.”

Lenberg, who spent thirty-one years working as an engineer working on national security projects with a high-level security clearance, explained that the report did not even determine if it was the scanner that misread the QR code or if it was the voting machine that misprinted the QR code.

“We have to have independent election investigators who can figure this stuff out and will get to the bottom of these things because what we got now is unacceptable. I mean that’s their process?” he asked.

“From what they wrote there, I would say they have no idea what the problem was.”

“In fact, I would say from the behavior in Tennessee, I’m wondering if someone hacked the system, and the fact that they came out with that ICX bulletin saying the ICX is vulnerable after that, the conclusion might be that someone actually hacked into that election and modified it,” Lenberg explained citing a May 2022 report released by the U.S. Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) entitled, “Vulnerabilities Affecting Dominion Voting Systems ImageCast X”.
