That is good news, magazine banns were a "Feel Good" waste of time.

Does anyone here really think this is the end? There'll be some asshat judge who'll issue an injunction to suspend the decision, on and on it will go

NY, NJ have capacity bans that most assuredly the 2nd circuit will uphold thus pushing it to SCotUS where it will be a toss up.

Commie Cali AG Becerra will drag this thing out in the courts for as long as he possibly can.

Why?

Because it sets the precedent for repealing ALL of the un-Constututional anti-BoR Cali "laws" ie:

Ammo purchase background checks

Banning of pistol grips and fore-grips for long arms

The accursed bullet button for the AR-15

Permanently affixed flash suppressors and muzzle brakes for threaded barrels

Whatever is planned in the future, TPTB want the general populace armed to the teeth... I suspect a major war is planned, possibly on 2 or 3 fronts... The COVID hoax is just a training exercise for the possibility that bio warfare may be used on the homeland... This initiates preparedness & readiness to bio attacks for the medical industry, the general public, state governor's, local mayor's & city/county managers, etc...
A major war would result in most of the fighting age men in foreign theaters leaving the homeland undefended by military & paramilitary LEO's... The answer is the unorganized militia will be used as a defense. Ergo the relaxing of gun regulations, constitutional carry, etc...

Just a theory....

I wonder if the Massachusetts/New York people are happy?
I don't care about them. I don't think about them at all. They feel the same way about me

Unbelievable. The only explanation that comes to mind is they hope there will be more senseless mass shootings to fuel the anti-gun movement.

I think this will have a greater impact on purchasing of handgun mags, as it can be sometimes difficult to obtain/modify 10 round mags.

There are plenty of after-market modification kits for 30 round AR mags.

And "mag rebuild kits" abound (dissassembled 30 round mags).

@Fatrat

Nope! Because we know the 2nd Circuit already heard a challenge to NY's SAFE act and while it ruled the 7 cartridge ban was unconstitutional but the 10 round limit was (without giving an explanation), or the law enforcement (active and retired) was also legal. This mean's any challenge must be decided by the SCotUS and with Chief Justice Roberts leaning more and more to the left the whole issue is a judicial crap shoot.

Umm. . .Nick. . . That AK is NOT "California compliant".

Flash suppressor, pistol grip , folding stock are prohibited in CA.
That's not an AK. It functions nothing like an AK. It's built on a Czech design using VZ58 parts , a US made 16" barrel and a semi automatic receiver. Nothing from an AK interchanges with it, not even the magazines... well, except the kill-y looks that is

What's wrong with a folding stock and pistol grip?
Like NY, they are classified as evil features by the noises in the antis heads. So too, bayonet lugs.

One of the instructors I teach Women On Target courses with claims he doesn't have folding/collapsible stock, he says it is a HIPAA compliant ergonomically adjustable stock; the pistol grip is not a pistol grip it is a carpel tunnel syndrome elevation and control aide. So far no one has had the balls to challenge him since any action would wind up in the federal courts and bring in a whole set of laws the antis don't want to contend with.

Then again, with Il Duce Cuomo (our unpopular governor who gets elected by dead people) running roughshod all over the state anything could happen. FUAK is a common moniker here for a reason. (FUAK - F! you Andrew Cuomo)

Nothing wrong with those things.

But they are kinda scary-looking.

In California, we are very sensitive to appearance. (we spook easily).

Think of us as little children.

Then everything will fall into place. ;)
Little children have less fear than libtards do.

which implies

Fear is a learned thing...Nurture, we've been force fed Fear Points, but unlike Natural Fear Points, which rarely change over the millenia, Nurtured Fear Points can change at a moments notice, yet can remain in place, longer than Natural Fear Points, because, ultimately, we learn to handle what Nature throws at us, because it remains consistent, but it's tougher to adapt to what other men throw at us because it changes all the time
