I make steamed clam, steamed in white wine (Chardonnay), with garlic and butter, garlic bread on the side, glass of the same wine.

:thumbs_up:........Sounds good to me. One of my favorite breakfast sandwhiches is scrambled eggs, chopped up imported ham and / or sweet Italian sausage, onions, peppers and tomato on a steak roll. Depending on what I feel like I'll either put mayo or hot sauce on it. :beerglass:

Recipe: Angelo's Pan-Seared Salmon

Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon Filets
- More than gourmet, "Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold"
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Fresh dill
- Salmon rub
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- 8oz heavy cream
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 4 cloves garlic: chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- paprika

Directions:
1. In a medium size skillet, place 2 seasoned and rubbed salmon filets. Cook on each side approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove from heath and begin to prepare sauce.

2. Sauce: Combine butter, garlic, pesto, lemon juice and cream. Cook until sauce begins to thicken. Add "More than Gourmet" base. Remove from heat. Add cheese. Whisk until thoroughly combined. Pour desired amount over fish.

Recipe: Big Casino Clams and Macaroni
Ingredients
- 2 dozen small fresh clams (closed)
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 2 cans whole baby clams
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup white wine
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 2 lbs linguini
Salt, pepper and red seed pepper to taste

Directions
1. In a medium skillet heat olive oil and garlic, then add clams and wine and cook until all clams have opened. Discard any unopened clams and then remove the clams.

2. Add canned clams and the bottle of juice, Season with salt, pepper and red seed pepper, add parsley and butter and cook until sauce begins to thicken.

3. Pasta; bring 6 quarts of water to a boil, add salt and cook linguini until desired tenderness, about 8 to 10 minutes.

4. Pour clam sauce over pasta and garnish with the fresh clams.
