Hey SongSungAu, I would really love to learn how you copied those snapshots from the vid to post above.
Any chance you would share the how to with a less literate guy?

I am on a Windows 10 machine. I used its little tool called "Snipping Tool" and copied the four pieces I wanted from the video. I pasted each of them into an Excel spreadsheet and put them close together and then copied all four in one picture (again using the Snipping Tool).

There are other ways to do it but you asked how I did it.

See if there’s a way to take a screenshot while the video is plsying. On my Ipad it simply requires pressing two buttons simultaneously.

In your Mac Utilities there's a tool called Grab. Should be able to do the same thing using it, if I'm not mistaken.
