Is there a way to convert a picture that is uploaded so it gets posted sideways? Or better yet, is there a way to convert a picture that gets posted sideways to load correctly?

I have never had a pic upload at a 90 deg twist,

don't even know how you managed to pull that off?

the site doesn't have a edit function for pics once uploaded

far as I know it can only bring it on board or delete it

hopefully someone will have an answer for you

I've tried to rotate pic on the device I used thinking that would help but that didn't work. There was one that was sideways when it was posted but some how got inverted by no effort of mine. I'll mess around with a few things when I can get the time.

I had a pic that came out upside down no matter what I did......

So, I sat in the corner and cried like a little girl until one of the mods fixed it

Rotate the pic. SAVE it to a file on your 'puter. Use that.

I do it Unca's way. But there may be a setting on your phone to set to landscape mode. All you have to worry about then is it appearing Dave's way. Then you will have to get hystack to clean the shit up.

Paint is the go too for me. "Reduce image size" "Crop" and "Rotate" can do wonders.

I timed myself and it took 54 seconds to go from copying the picture in this thread, opening it in paint, reducing the size 50%, cropping and inverting and getting it posted in my reply. I only did it as a simple study.

Why you gotta disrespect Silver like that?

Have you no shame?

Everyone knows that Silver is the REAL money.

Well...at least 4 or 5 of us do...(that's gotta count for somethin')

It's easier to go swimming with $10,000 worth of gold than it is to go swimming with $10,000 worth of silver.

Could be image size... ?

I use a Mac and it works great. Shift/Command 4 - select and save to desktop. Open pic and choose 'Tools' to reduce size.

If you are using an iPhone... If you want to resize photos outside of the email application, you can download an app that allows you to resize your photos. I don't know what that ap is, but there's probably more than just one.

I also use a PC and have to press 'print screen' and then paste it into Paint to manipulate it.

Sorry. I don't have the gold round.
I didn't know they had a gold round...

Personally, I haven't done many videos. Just looked at settings on my phone to see if there is anything that would make recording different. Nothing I can see. I've a kyrocera droid.
