I didn't watch Boston Legal much, but the episode I remember is when Denny pleaded with a robber about 'how would it look with Obama as POTUS and his getting robbed. Then he handed over his watch and wallet to the gun-toting robber and then he pulled out his pistol and said 'Gun control' and shot the dude in the legs...twice.

I like Shatner and always have. I think he’s a modestly gifted actor, at best who just happens to get by mostly on personality and a really good sense of humor.
